Like the title says, a heavy topic, but has anyone ever killed someone, either accidentally, or on purpose?

Trip's story motivated me to ask. I have, (semi-accidentally), and would like to know how other people deal with it.

Im only going to post my story if there is someone else here who I can "compare notes" with. :)

does it count if i didn't kill them, but they died right in front of me? about 5 years ago, i was in line for Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at Disneyland and the guy in front of me had a heart attack and died. his head landed on my shoe. needless to say, not the Happiest Place on Earth that day. got a free weekend pass + hotel though! woo hoo!

no, but I do have a recurring dream where I kill my cousin with brutal, homicidal glee. I wake up feeling like I'm a fugitive from the law and afraid of what my family will say.

I'm sure there's some psychoanalytical crap that can be poured all over this, but I've always gotten along with my cousin and there have never been any 'issues' to speak of.
