I was maybe thinking he was retarded until you see he's wearing an ROTC uniform and must be in college, And his buddies in the wedding pictures are wearing the same uniform. So I came to the conclusion that its a fraternity prank, for him to get in he had to marry the ugliest women on campus and if people can't decided if he is a she or she is a he he gets an extra 1000 points.
