Here's what I think happened. She sat up, and the photographer snapped her picture. Then she thought to herself "It is so hot out here in this tropical sun, and the more I think of El Victorino, the hotter and steamier it gets." Then she took off her top and set it down somewhere outside of the frame. Then, as she's leaning back, the photographer took a second shot when she was, wholly coincidentally, in the EXACT same position as the first one. And that explains that.
