can't speak for the ladies but when I was younger a few of the girls came to bed with Koolaid. You could probably substitute whatever sweet drink is your favorite. Keep it nearby to help wash down the load. If you want to get used to the taste and texture so that you don't always need a drink handy you can go back for more.
