I am white, my best guy friend is 1/2 Puerto Rican 1/2 black. As a result of our hanging around together I have been the target of racism as well as seeing him be the target. Going into a McD's in the roughest part of Las Vegas, being the only white person in the place, knowing that they are going to spit on your food, but refusing to leave is a hard stand to make. I have defended him from being called n*gg** while in an Army Surplus store (skinhead run) and myself from being called whitey. Rasicm is very scary when it is personal. :o

Racism is wrong on any level. Having fun with racism is also wrong... If I wouldn't tell a "jew joke" it to a complete stranger on the street, I shouldn't post it on the 'net.

WOW, Pen gonna make me get serious on DSF...I was gonna take the easy out, but I see no one else has yet, so I won't start...

Yes. Daily. I still have over a year left and the offer still stands for me to relocate after we close, but I'm not going to (and I haven't told them that yet). I agreed to stay and they agreed to give me a nice big bonus for staying. I've known about this for a while now and have been planning accordingly. I am set up well now, I put a stop on building a new house (just in time thankfully) both of our vehicles are paid for, so I really just have "normal" monthly bills, so if things get bad, I can go to McDonalds and get a job (please no)and we can survive. Getting a job is easy, getting a job making close to what I make HERE where I live is hard, I've turned down several 6 figure offers because I don't want to move. I'm also studying to get licensed to sell insurance, I don't think I'm going to, but going through with it just in case. I guess the think that worries me the most is, I sit here every day babysitting a building and surfing DSF, it may be hard to get back into an actual job where I have to work again.

now I'm gonna have to think about who/what I'm gonna ask...

That would be a no! Bout ready to kick this girl to the curb anyways b/c of the jealousy factor. She has gotten better but I know it will never be how I am used to. Not to be vain or anything but I am a fun/funny ass mother fucker to hang out with and have made alot of friends and if she doesn't know a female friend that comes up to me at a club or anywhere for that matter it causes a fight and I am really tired of that shit but anyways! As far as "hiding" it from her I had most all of that on an external HD which has since crashed so I don't really have much of any of that left but she not real savy on computers so I am sure I could hide it if I really tried!:D

Choppie, how did you know your wife is "the one"?

She was my best friend since high school, and we both bounced around a bit. In the end it was the fact that we both got along. The rest just kind of worked itself out. We both loved each other but thought the other didn't want to settle down. Once we figured that out we decided to make a go of it.

I believe you guys have been married for awhile. I'm coming up on four years myself. Anyway, on to the question.

What is the most difficult part about being married and what do you do to overcome these problems?

Very good question! We have been married 13 years. The hardest thing for us is not taking each other for granted. To overcome that we both make an effort to not only thank each other but tell others as well what the other person does for us. I especially brag basically at how great BC treats me. I know I'd be lost without BC.

He might annoy the hell out of me and I might bug him but ultimately that's all temporary. We went into marriage thinking it was a "you're stuck with me forever" type thing. And we've stuck with that, unlike people predicted. Which is the second hardest thing. Putting up with the few in-laws we dislike. Actually, the one in his family is gone. You no longer have to be nice to the man who was married to your grandma but got remarried less than 6 months after her passing right? And BC is laid back enough to put up with the family members in my family that bug him...more so than I am actually at times.

I also think your answer was extremely cool. Best friends as spouses are a wonderful thing. That helps avoid a lot of the hard stuff.

What would you be doing if you were not a moderator on DSF?

If i was no longer a moderator i would probably spend that time re-learning Adobe After Effects. There was a time when i was a master at it. My work won many, many awards and I was considered one of the top guys in my field, regionally (motion graphics). Since becoming more of just a regular "editor" i have strayed away from motion graphics and have lost a lot of those skills. The last time i worked in AE was 2 versions ago.

To give you an idea of what motion graphics is... it is basically graphic design for television.

I was in talks with them to work there about 6 years ago. Now all i do is freelance editing work and Mod the DSF.

I realize that, as an attorney, your opinion of a client is irrelevant, it is your job to represent him/her but have you ever been in a situation where you just had a gut feeling that the client was a shit of a human being but you had to represent him anyway? How did it make you feel?

Well, I actually do not do that type of law (I do trademark/copyright law), but I did when I first got out of law school. I once had to represent a 16 year old girl in a custody battle.

The girl was statutorly raped (willingly) and got preggers. The mother, who was the town trampoline decided to have charges pressed. They guy went away, and while the guy was doing his time the mother got the idea to push for child support. So, he figured that if he had to pay child support, he wanted visitation rights. This is where I came in. Day before the hearing, I sat all day preping the girl and the mom. All day explainingwhy she had to wear a dress to court, and wear no makeup and all the other shit. Sadly, I quit that night, and did not have to deal with the hearing.

Also, I had to help a family get one of those Gerber life insurance policies for thier son who was shot while robbing a liquor store.

Sorry it took me awhile to respond to this! Last night was a busy one.

Of course it's exciting knowing people are enjoying my pics. I am really not much of an exhibitionist in real life (skinny dipping with friends, sure... randomly showing my boobs off (a la Mardi Gras), no), so it's exhilarating doing something that's slightly taboo in my mind.

And I'm happy all you guys are enjoying the pics, it doesn't weird me out or anything, obviously, what else would I expect posting revealing pics of myself? ;) It's really flattering getting appreciative/encouraging messages. Everyone loves attention, and I get way more attention from the guys here than from guys I meet on a day to day basis (though maybe if I showed my boobs more on a day to day basis that'd be different :p ), so I say drool on!

I think as odd as it may seem its just a privacy thing for me. So much of me (boobs, ass, etc) is already out there. I'd just like to keep that piece of me private. I don't feel that I need to share every single piece of me on here, and that's just one part I feel most comfortable keeping to myself. . Nothing more than that. ;)

I think that plays a very small part of it, and chances of that are pretty unlikely. :D Would be kind of funny if that happened though. :D
