If that was me, I'd be in a full blown panic attack. Just looking at it gives me the shakes and I know I'll have a nightmare over it tonight. My Claustrophobia is so bad, just anything that binds the movements of my hands or head has me screaming like an old lady. When they have to do an MRI on my cervical and head, a 15 minute procedure takes me over an hour and 1/2. I hate the cage they use to hold your head still and if I happen to open my eyes while in the machine, they have to pull me out immediately. I almost broke the sliding table on an MRI once, because the tech didn't get to me fast enough. I even have problems with an open standing MRI. CTs aren't as bad because they are more open, but I still freeze up in them :o |
