Update: Shitty steak from Applebees. Worst food in the neighborhood. They were playing the Browns game on every tv, but I waited to view the debacle until I got home.:mad:

I called, emailed and then printed out said email and brought it to the Applebees to present it to the Manager in an envelope the next Friday night to complain on person.

The regional office actually sent me 2 $10 gift certs. I fucking brought them back to the restaurant and gave them to the manager and told him to eat shit.
