They shoot a lot of movies in NY. Plus if some car got shot up that bad, it would have probably made the local news. I'll bet it was fun shootin it up though:)

It has to be a prop car. In addition to the intact tires, so is the license plate, the rear seat shows no holes or stuffing blowout, tail lights are also intact and the passenger headrest is pristine also.
