Good Question!

its a humane no kill shelter, and it surprised me that with over 100 animals i didnt see any waste anywhere, im sure theres some legal reasons as to why they want no pictures taken, my friends been volunteering there for over 2 years and she said theres been certain animals there the whole time shes been going there.

what kind of dog was it? just out of curiosity

it was a pit bull, it was confiscated from its owners because it was used as bait in dog fighting. :(
