I have to say when my wife was pregnant there was a lot of movement but nothing that clear.

My wife is hugely pregnant right now, with 4 months to go. The little bugger constantly moves all the time, but given the amount of flesh and uterine lining between baby foot and skin, you'd never get that kind of detail. Just lumps and bumps that give the impression that some kind of parasite is posessing your loved one and turning them into a demon - but that might just be the hormones

its obviously fake. people have muscles. the womb is under the muscles. not to mention the layer fat on top of that. you might see a bumb ocassionally, but thats about it.
