the mets' late-season collapses are becoming legendary, huh? granted this fall from first isn't anything like last yrs and that the season's not over, its still amazing how such a talented team can underachieve for the last few years.

forgot to add: while the marlins and rays (teams not regarded as stacked talent-wise as the mets, and even the yanks/bosox) are able to stay competitive....

Yea its sad but true... they are pretty good for that. I'm hoping one of these years they'll find a way to not collapse in the clutch.

Francisco Liriano is back, kids. Don't bother picking him up in the fantasy league, I picked him up in all my leagues two weeks ago or so.

Oh, and the Cubs win and Brewers lose. Yeehaw.
