Knowing individuals in the Florida executive office, the Manny trade is highly unlikely. The Marlins love having a low payroll and Manny would simply should that concept down instantaneously. As for the "dirty side" of Chicago, I hate to see Griffey go there. Pudge really blows my mind.

i hear the Manny deal is being held up by the Pirates, the want more than just Hermida and another player. Also I've read the BoSox are discussing whether Bay/Grabow is really an improvement (its not to me)

This is a sad day for Reds nation. I hate to see Griffey go since I doubt they got anything in return for him. But being a Griffey fan, I guess i will not be rooting for the White Sox as well. Go Reds/Go Sox.
