That's your answer. If you read between the lines, he actually comes off as a compassionate man to me. It's TV. I think that jerk on the other show is 10 times the dick that Ramsay is. I do think it is funny how some chefs get huge egos. OK so you are a good chef, but it's not brain surgery.

i dont know, i can understand it. some chefs are treated like superstars....winning awards, tv appearances, book deals, accolades, michelin stars, etc. seems like it would be hard not to get an ego with a gig like that.
