I had 2 different families from Texas visit where I work, and they told my my pulled pork just may be the best they ever had, and most of my regulars have been to every BBQ joint within 100 miles of me. They say mine is the best. There is a "Champion of the grill" competition at The NJ State Fairgrounds here in Sussex Co. every year, this year I had hoped to show them how it's done, but, I decided to go on my Honeymoon instead...(The contest was the day after my wedding)...Next year...I always lean more to the seafood, and sauteed (N. Italian & French) at home, but I love doing the BBQ at work...You've gotta try Pork Shoulder instead of Butt, so juicy and doesn't totally break down, like sawdust. It gives you a nice tender "chew"...Imma shut the fuck up now

I think I need a thermometer. I had them on the cooler side of the smoker, now they've been set over the coals.
