What the hell got hot enough to melt a bridge. I did read something about PVC pipes but shit even that seems too weak to melt an overpass

There were hundreds of spools of PVC lined wiring on pallets stored under there. It takes a lot of heat to get PVC started, but it burns with a high heat. And with that many rolls, it would burn for quite a while.
