I'm not trying to usurp any of the former giants of DSF legend and lore.....or denigrate their history by cheering their departure. I want everybody to stay and continue in the finest work-day distraction ever assembled. Shasta/Mac/Pen were funny mutherfuckas and huge contributors. I don't want to assume the throne of the fist, I don't deserve it.

Having said that - from my (again) limited perspective, THEY chose to leave (or their 24 hr. ban hasn't been lifted and they haven't responded).

This place is great, it really is......but I'm not going to be fooled into some misguided sense of community and take this shit THAT seriously that a 24 hour ban would twist my knickers into an irreparable bunch.


Which is why I will again assert.......that this whole thing is fucking ridiculous and I think everyone is pulling "the sting" on our (my) nOOb asses. I've also spent WAY too much of my real life thinking about this silly pissing match.

why not be upset? i even got in a little fight with her in another thread because she wanted us to stop flaming. regardless of the reason, any time someone tells me what not to say, it's censorship. that's just hypocritical. and by the way, this isn't her forum. it's jesus'. and jesus put satan in charge. she's a visitor like the rest of us. if it was hers, she would unban Pen.
that's probably why she's leaving, because she has no power here. and she wasn't run off, she chose to leave.
