my problem is that its not my shitty old laptop i blew the speakers on but my brother's computer :(

any suggestions guys? i was cranking some D&B pretty loud then i hear a pop and everything goes quiet... theyre working now, but it has that crackle you get when you rip the paper like in real old school speakers (i know they probably dont have that anymore but im a technology retard!)

idk it just wont charge so i called dell and they reformatted everything but it still wont work so theyre sending me another adapter. my brothers having the same issue
