I took a picture of my butt cheek and superimposed my nipple onto it, the good one not the one where I shaved off a teet. Then I flipped it horizontally to make the matching pair.

Then I used color saturation to make them browner to match the rest of her. Then I lightened and adjusted the contrast of the curves of her boobs to create a tan line affect cause that's just awesome.

Then I highlighted her A cup tits to remove them and superimposed my newly created butt boobs on top of those.

Then I cut her out of Miami completely and pasted her onto a French beach just because.

Merge the layers, add a capital Q and BOOM!
