He probably uses IE. I use Chrome and FF mostly, but still use IE to pay my monthly bills. They're really all about the same at the heart of it, it's just about personal preference.

I used to have IE for everything but it kept crashing whenever I downloaded anything so I switched my DSFing to Firefox. Since I've switched to Linux IE has been replaced by Chrome
