Man... i just discovered Kitchen Nightmares. If you like Hell's Kitchen you'll probably love this show. It combines the makeover / project appeal of Extreme Makeover Home Edition but adds a ton of conflict and confrontation.

Gordon Ramsay goes into family restaurants that are failing to help them revamp and rebuild their business and often finds owners very resistant to change... let the sparks fly and if you know Ramsay's style - there are a lot of sparks.

You gotta go back to the BBC episodes too. Americanization ruined Kit Nightmares, Hell's Kitchen, Gordon in general IMO, though I still watch.

Wow, i had no idea he had shows before the U.S. versions. I can't keep up with very much TV but i'll have a look for them.

I, too, love Entourage. Great show.

(and no, I'm not a shill for NBC)

But the funniest show on TV is called "Head Case" and it's on the Starz channel. It's about a Hollywood "Psychiatrist to the Stars" who is infinitely more screwed up than any of her patients. It stars the woman who played "Schmoopie" on the Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld and Dietrich from Barney Miller (who looks like he emerged unchanged from a time machine 30 years after his last TV gig). You can watch online if you don't have Starz.
