is there a way to clear up a picture when you zoom in on it?

cuz there's some writing that id like to read on some pictures but when i zoom in its all pixeled out and cant be read

You can try sharpening filters. But it isn't like the movies where they read license plates from 12 miles with security cameras, you get as many pixels to work with as the photo has.

Can you post the photo or does it have your balls in it?

Does it really matter what the watermark says for you to guess its from another site? How often do you watermark your own photos?
