I agree, after spending a lot of time in the south, i came to the conclusion that Christians are nothing like Christ.

I am not religious at all, and I believe in live in let live, but i have a deep hatred for the scum that attacked my city and killed a bunch of my friends. If they were in the military and got killed, I would be sad, but war is hell. But many of my little nieces and nephews went to school right near that place, and my daughter could see the smoke from her classroom window. My family are in construction and many helped build those buildings. I myself used to drink in the Market bar in one of the towers after work for a couple of years. I went to the opening of the observation deck and a 60 foot statue of King Kong laid on the floor, left there during the remake of King Kong. That place was not a military base. I don't care what anyone says, I think they are evil and are laughing their asses off over the prospect of building a place to plot against us right near their victory. I say fuck them, go somewhere else.

My favorite quote from him. And the move time I spend around some of them, the more I see it as correct. I was raised Catholic but Mom fell out with them over some miscarriages, and she and dad became Presbyterians when I was in high school. I started looking around for a religion that I thought would satisfy what I needed, but the closest I came was buddhism. I do like that the buddhists don't have the recruitment drive that christians do, nor the violent nature of muslims. Overall I'd say that I'm spiritual but not religious.

since there really isn't any other place to mention this.....

I think it is interesting that everyone is getting in an uproar over the possible burning of a few Muslim Koran's by a small church in Florida, but no body said shit when the US Army burned Christian Bibles in Afghanistan in 2009.

Oh damn. I just read that the Florida preacher canceled the book burning. You think it had anything to do with the FBI visiting him today?

According to Koran-Burning Pastor Terry Jones, he has cancelled the burning as he's made a deal with the Imam of the proposed ground zero mosque to move it to another address

not confirmed, as he could very well be talking out of his holy arse
