I'm watching this again. It's been one of my favorites since it came out.
It's a bit dated as far as some of the lingo and the online stuff, But it's a classic, IMO.

I thought Dee Snider's character was one of the scariest and funniest characters and I'm impressed that he wrote this film.

I really wanted to meet Dee and talk to him about this film but when I had my chance, he was with his kids and I didn't want to seem like an oddball fan.
What the hell? Im going to ask him next time and invite him to the bar. I'm sure he'll refuse but it would be awesome to chill with him.

Just finished watching the Fighter. Great movie. If you are a true boxing fan then you have no doubt seen the Ward-Gatti fights. If Christian Bale doesn't sweep every award for this movie, it will be a travesty.

meh, it was ok. i am a fan of the original, and this one was weak in comparison. will smiths kid goes from being cute to annoying as hell every 15 minutes, and the whole film, especially the tournament at the end, lacked any real "tension". good family flick i guess, but id rather show my kids the original.

pure, anti-american, shit. carrie ann moss sucked, samuel l jackson sucked, the movie sucked. michael sheen was the only bright spot in the whole film, and his talents were wasted.


loved every minute of it. i was expecting it to be over rated, but it was absolutely as good as i had heard it was. one of the few films i will watch more than once.
