If the gun wasn't registered I am sure he will be charged. Good for him, he's alive and he removed a couple of animals from society. As far as the cops, they are happy he did their job for him. They would only arrest him if the DA told them too.

Police said Augusto didn't have a required permit for the weapon used in the headline-grabbing shooting the Daily News called a "Pump-Action Ending."

But he was a victim, police said, and no charges had been filed on Friday.

what i'd like to know is, how the fuck did this fly under the radar? I've watched U.S. news almost religiously, and I haven't seen this case. Not only is this shit tragic and fucking evil, but almost no one says jack shit about it.

One of the perpetrators responsible for this bit of lunacy gets life after he took part in raping a man for a time, then torturing him finally they murdered the male victim brutally, raped his girlfriend for three more fucking days, cut off her breast, pour acid down that unfortunate baby's throat to get rid of sperm evidence, finally suffocating her to death,and then burning their bodies--- all this after carjacking them and kidnapping them.

Now I'm black, but this has about fuck all to do with color, aren't they supposed to be water boarded to death followed by objects shoved up their asses and cunt (to think a fucking female took part in this is truly tragic) here's the case;

I thought you only had to have permits for handguns? You need them even for rifles and shotguns?
For some reason ( probly a Michael Moore movie

) i thought you could just go into a walmart and buy a shotgun without a permit.

It's almost impossible to get a handgun permit in NYC (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens) you have to have a good reason like you carry around a lot of money and you can't have any felony convictions, but you can get a rifle to keep at home if you apply for a permit. Outside NYC all you need is a permit and it's pretty easy to get. Just Google Bernhard Goetz or the subway vigilante and see what happened to that poor guy for defending himself on a train.
BTW: Micheal Moore is a lying douche bag and a fat sack of crap.
