I know it's a few years old, I did a search which didn't come up with it. And as it is some seriously good shit even if it has been here before it's worth a repost. I kick the vinegar down to 1/4 cup but otherwise I make it just like his, with Don Julio Anejo

2 cups finely diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese or cheddar cheese
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Blue cheese salad dressing

DIRECTIONS: Toss chicken with Buffalo Wing Sauce in bowl.
Layer chicken mixture and cheese on 4 tortillas, dividing evenly. Top each with second tortilla.
COOK about 3 to 5 min. on an electric grill pan or barbecue grill until toasted and cheese melts. Cut into quarters to serve. Serve with blue cheese salad dressing and additional Frank's Hot Sauce.

1 Shot Anejo Tequila
2 1/2 oz. Sours mix
Coke

Shake Tequila and Sours mix with ice in a Boston tin. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top off with a splash of coke.

If you have never had Nutella with strawberries, YOU MUST!!! Its fucking delicious. Nutella and bananas is pretty good too, but OMFG strawberries...holy crap its good.
