Dude, a lot of them ARE skinny and unhealthy.

They are basically walking CLOTHES HANGERS for the runway (which most of these in that pic are) . The models that differ from runway models are "beauty" models and Victoria's Secret models (and bikini models)... those all have much nicer bodies.
