haha i yeah i ride BMX and we are always trying new tricks and part of that learning process is falling... a lot....and hard.
I go to the doctor a lot and i go to the chiropractor once every 2 weeks because of all the twisting and neck movements get my neck out of alignment.
The fall was from the cement quarter pipe in the picture below.
I pulled off way too hard and knew pretty early that i needed to bail. So i threw my bike but when i landed on the incline i was basically trying to keep from hitting my head and my shoulder slammed hard.
That cement is not soft...
In the past year i have:
Cracked a rib
hairline fracture in my kneecap
Suffered heel bruises
numerous ankle sprains
so many scratches and bruises i cant even count
I can definitely raise my arm and it has pretty normal functionality its just the pinky is kind of numb.
