Devo are suing McDonalds over a happy meal toy that's dressed like them



One of McDonalds' recent American Idol-themed happy meal toys, a figure called "New Wave Nigel", wears a hat that looks exactly like the one Devo's memebers are known to wear.

The synth-pop group is now suing McDonalds for using their trade mark styling without their permission. "Plus, we don't like McDonald's, and we don't like American Idol, so we're doubly offended". The band also alleged that the toy plays a "Devo-esque song".

He has scored hundreds of movies and writes music for like 10 TV shows.
