Another I like to use is whenever one of my friends is dressed up and looks a little garish or extremely metro, I like to tell them that they "look like a gay Elton John"

I like to say it in a nasally higher pitched voice...and when people annoy me i just simply say "ehh you don't say?" it actually pisses people off quite a bit...and you simply use this for a reply each time, changing the timing and tone a bit to dig deeper and deeeeeeper under their skin.

Or one of my favorites, when people just start stating random stupid facts, or blabbing when their drunk, i just stop, in a loud, strong voice say "BIIITCH, NO ONE ASKED THAT!!" The look people have after you say that is generally quite amusing...
