Also, I'm in Florida and they have the 30 day rule or if you receive mail address to you at the residence, then you have to get an eviction. Definitely not sleeping in the same room, she tried it once and I left. Last night I threw all of her shit that was in my room into suitcases and left it in the spare room, today she's been packing the rest of her stuff, so it looks like she's going to leave soon. She doesn't have shit but clothes, a few books and a couch, everything else here is mine. I think she was trying to make it sound like I was abusive last night when she was coming at me and on the phone with the neighbor because she kept saying "What, are you gonna hurt me?" but the neighbor walked in the door to see me get punched and then pushed over and over, so I have a witness there. Not to mention I've got a few scratches from the altercation. There's no way in hell I'm bringing another girl here while she's still here, a guy I work with just got stabbed by his ex and I wouldn't put it past this bitch to try the same.

While I'm sure the stress relief would be amazing, I'm gonna go ahead and skip the jail time.
