hmmm... doubtful. prosecutors leave the plea down for when they get something out of it, like a waived just cause hearing.

i don't think they need to worry about just cause with the charges as is.

Yeah, thats right. The judge could go light on sentencing if they have spotless records (or not who knows) but a felony is a felony and that is going to follow them around for the rest of their lives if convicted.

hey, fun-fact. my uncle lived in the same apartment complex dahmer was in during his killin' and eatin' spree. my uncle is a complete wackjob who i havent seen in 7 or 8 years and i wont be a bit surprised if he turns out to be the next infamous wisconsin serial killer.

and yes outside of milwaukee and madison this state is basically the deep south only much much colder.
