Lesnar would have fucking destroyed Kimbo. Possibly even killed him. KO in less than 1 minute. Lesnar not only has a huge athleticism advantage but he is 50 lbs heavier and has legit wrestling skill. Kimbo would have been on his back in less than 5 seconds. Then he would be fucked.
Brock would have destroyed Kimbo. Destroyed. Kimbo is Tank Abbott circa early UFC days, once the game evolved around him, there was only so far being tough and being able to throw a punch can take a person. It is better for the sport, and for him, to have a loss under his belt now. It's better for teh sport because the casual fan, who boos the second fights hit the ground because of a lack of respect for BJJ/Groundgame will maybe phase back out, and Kimbo will be forced to train harder, stop facing as many cans and be on a midcard where he can still be a draw, but not the only person out there for the public to focus on.
PS: People been seeing all the shit Petrezulli is saying about being paid to stand-up? I don't think it's all that surprising, and since the first reports Shamrock came out and said he was asked/offered the same thing. Very, very bad news. You don't like to see that kind of shit being associated with a sport you like, especially one that is not necessarily accepted by the mainstream public and media.
yea i agree there would have been major destruction, would have been sweet to see. yea im not sure that spoon feeding kimbo "easy" fights is good for the sport and then to read the things seth said really dont help, i missed the first part of the show cuz i thought it started later, but when i found out shamrock got pulled from the fight i thought the scam/fix was in. and i couldnt remember who seth was. but after the fight i kinda had to laff. cuz i would thought that a guy that he didnt know about b4fore hand would been like old times for kimbo, but we know what happened

shit, my buddy called me about a minute after the shamrock announcement of being out trying to find out who seth was. right away, I said he wasn't that good but he was way better than shamrock and kimbo was probably in trouble. I still can't believe EliteXC bought into the Kimbo hype. I'd never have put him against anyone but Shamrock. Shamrock was the worst fighter on the card and Kimbo was the 2nd worst. Dumbass move.

i read that don frye is making a comeback any odds on kimbo taking him on in the future. shamrock is really doing a dis service to his past record as a fighter, i never thought he was crazy good but now hes not even remotely decent anymore, washed up. would been a good payday from him against kimbo i would think.he needs to just ride into the sunset

Shamrock is waaay past his prime. hasnt won since 2004 and has been t/ko his past 5 fights in the first round. i dont know how any commission can continue to let him fight. I know Frank wants to fight him, but that fight will be a joke
