I hate the whole religion in football, it's a lot of shite.
My father is Catholic, my mother is Protestant. I support Celtic because of
a: Where I was born and
b: I like the way they play.
You see the fans at the games and if one lot say black then the other lot feel like they have to say white. For example, one of the Celtic-Rangers games I was at the Celtic fans had a Palestinian flag, the next game at Ibrox (Rangers home ground) the Rangers fans had an Israeli flag.
See? Lot of shite.

I would say quite, obviously it is exaggerated to an extent but where I live, which makes it sound fucking great, hardly a day goes by without someone giving you grief about something or other and 90% of the time they are fucked out their heads on something. It's all part of the Scottish charm .
I'm in Glasgow, I can't speak for Edinburgh but i know it can be bad through there.

Usually for weddings, National football games and Hogmanay, (New Years Eve but bigger and better). Although I do occasionally see people walking around in their kilts because they can.
It is a common occurance, especially in the Highlands.

Scotland was its complete own country until 1707 or something like that, its only been with England for so long. I am as much English as the English are Welsh, Scottish or Northern Irish.
I think you would have to go quite far back in my family to find non-scottish routes though. I know my family up to my great great great grandparents and every person is Scottish. I dont know if that is good or bad of course :P
Of course the Scottish would win in a pub fight, its one of the few sports we are masters of!
