Okay, so my computer got fixed right, well now I got a couple of other big fucking problems....

Problem #1: I have the google hijack virus...

Which is actually a search engine hijack virus because it does the same thing on Yahoo. Whenever I type into google or yahoo search and I get my results like I normally do, when I click on those results it redirects me to bullshit like Parenting.com or some other fucking bullshit website. Naturally there are dozens upon dozens of pages and threads found when Googling "Google hijack virus" and probably tell me how to get rid of it, but guess what? I can't fucking get to those pages because it redirects me to fucking bullshit pages. Anyone know how to fix that?

Problem #2: Facebook popup virus

This only occurs when I LEAVE facebook. After leaving Facebook I will get a popup in a new tab on Firefox, not a new small window, it just opens up a new tab and fills the whole screen saying some bullshit like I'm the 1,000 visitor this hour or some such bullshit. Happens every time I leave my facebook page. Anyone know what the fuck this shit is and how to get rid of it?

On these two problems, I've ran Spybot & AVG and they both found lots of problems, but none of them fixed what ails me.

Problem #3: What the fuck happened to my 2nd hard drive?

Anyways, as I stated in that thread I retained all my files and got windows working again. All is hunky dory, until.l I looked at the contents of my 2nd hard drive, which appears to be empty. I figured that this hard drive must've been wiped in the restore, which didn't bother me because I had all the stuff on there backed up on my external. My 2nd HD is used mainly for storage anyways.

But then I looked at it's disk space usage, figuring it would free up the 250GB but it said I had only 130GB free. This was weird considering there was literally NOTHING in it's folder contents. I just figured maybe it was something I couldn't do anything about and decided "Whatever" and then I transferred some movies over to that hard drive for storage because my primary HD was running out of space. So I move the files over and sure enough they all show up when they are copied to the drive. So I click on one of the folders just to see if the files in the folders made it with the transfer, and there is nothing inside the folders, so I think "Fuck ass shit ball cocksuckers" and I go up one level to the main root and sure enough all the files that I just transferred and just saw in there are hidden and missing. And the free space has dropped down an amount equal to what I just put on there. So I now realize that

a) All my fil,es are still fucking there but...
b) MY computer is not letting me see these files for some fucking reason.

MY hidden files options are turned off, so that's not the issue, and it wouldn't be if it was because these aren't set up to be hidden files. They just don't fucking show up and I actually did try searching for an answer to this but I had no fucking clue how to phrase it properly so I couldn't find any answers.

Fuck my fucking computer it sucks a big fat fucking cock and I hope it dies of canceraids. Can anyone help me out... again?

I don't have a solution right now but several people in my office have fallen to the Facebook "Virus" and their HD's had to be reformatted. You should never play those stupid games because they're infected as well as their apps.

People are stupid but people who are not computer savvy yet still try to use the are the worst.

I've read elsewhere that ComboFix has worked for people having that google redirect problem.

Hey Gallow,

I had a similar thing happen. When you go to computer management is the 2nd hard drive showing up as RAW. If so you have to do a data recovery on it and then reformat.

I have no apps installed on my facebook, but I fucking hate applications and any and all of those fucking things. I block all of them from my newsfeed as soon as they show up. I have no clue why it started happening
