Man... i just discovered Kitchen Nightmares. If you like Hell's Kitchen you'll probably love this show. It combines the makeover / project appeal of Extreme Makeover Home Edition but adds a ton of conflict and confrontation.

Gordon Ramsay goes into family restaurants that are failing to help them revamp and rebuild their business and often finds owners very resistant to change... let the sparks fly and if you know Ramsay's style - there are a lot of sparks.

You gotta go back to the BBC episodes too. Americanization ruined Kit Nightmares, Hell's Kitchen, Gordon in general IMO, though I still watch.

Wow, i had no idea he had shows before the U.S. versions. I can't keep up with very much TV but i'll have a look for them.

I, too, love Entourage. Great show.

Dude, Ramsey is awesome. Went to his restaurant in Chelsea - food was totally amazing!

Do you not find that the big bang theory has far too much canned laughter? I have managed to ruin the show for a quite a few of my mates by pointing that out, but they do use the laughter track for absolutely anything nerdy anyone says. Which is pretty much everything.

It kinda sucks that you limey types can watch American shows, but we only get BBC America. (which is basically HGTV) Or maybe I'm not looking hard enough. I really don't watch that much TV except for sports. But I do love these shows....

Big Bang Theory
How I Met Your Mother
Two and a Half Men
Iron Chef (the japanese one)(which isn't on anymore)
Everyday Italian-with Giada DiLaurentiis(bcuz I could stare at her rack forever)
Family Guy
Three Sheets (the best drinking show of all time)
American Chopper
