Yeah, this shit Friday was the worst pain I've had since I dislocated my left hip on the fucked up parachute jump in the Corps back in the 90s. My whole midsection feels like it's been hit by a truck, and it's hard as hell to move. thanks for the encouragement man.

So I'm now convinced that most of the GW stuff is BS. Take the following for evidence.

Where I live we're about 20 miles North of the heart of a major city. About 10 miles North of the subs.

So, I know by measuring that within a 2 mile radius of my house, we received 13" of snow. I know the temps since then have been between 5 and 18 degree F.

Yet, all the weather reports and tracking say we only recieved 8" of snow and that the temps have been between 12 and 25 degrees.

I've noticed the temp variance over the past few years, but I guess it just didn't sink in until today. What's worse is the local NOAA weather station is within a mile and my outdoor thermometer sitting beside their sensor pole matches their display panel exactly. Somewhere between there and what we see on the web/new, the data gets screwed with.

hope you're a'right, it sounds similar to when i got my back messed up and ended up with three bulging disc, sitting down and even laying down hurt like hell, took therapy, pain killers and six long months of awful just to get back to some form of normalcy, i'm so sorry man.

By the way, be very careful with anything bleeding, of course you don't want to sound like a whiny bitch, but fuck that, be a whiny bitch, if you feel anything odd, get back to the Docs immediately, and don't care what any one says, do an immediate blood work up or threaten to sue their asses, you can never be to safe sir.

Man, I hope you feel better. Kiss fatty, spicy food goodbye though. Everyone I know who's had their GB removed can't eat that stuff anymore. Well, they can, but it kicks their ass.

You want to get off the pain killers ASAP. If after 5 or so days, you still have too much pain (say 7+ on your 1-10 pain scale), then you need to see your doc. I haven't had mine out, but my wife and daughter both have within the past 2 years so it seem like old hat for us.

Phenergan is great for calming the stomach, but it can make you feel crappy in general too. Do NOT lift anything more than 10 pounds for two weeks after surgery and do not do too much physical activity. I hope they told you that, but it's very important. Otherwise, you'll likely end up with scarring on the backside of your abdominal skin and on the abdominal muscles where the scopes went through. Two weeks is usually a minimum, may be up to 30 days. Sucks, but don't push it. DO get up and walk as much as you can. That simple activity is one of the best ways to speed recovery from almost any surgery.
