I love the old reptile houses. I worked in the oldest one in the US. Too bad aout Seattle. I haven't heard about that. Unfortunately most zoos are going to this mixed species exhibits and the old reptile building are all closing. Sonoran Desert Museum is one of the best in the world. I love that place. Vampire bats are a pain in the ass in captivity. They will eat during the day sometimes but usually they put the cow blood out at night. They are very labor intensive. And bats smell like hell, You are constantly cleaning up shit. Cool little buggers though.

My dogs are hilarious! I have a little spaniel/poodle mix that thinks hes 20 feet tall. Hes a little shit. Totally does whatever he wants. My dog is a 80lb German Shephard. Very obedient and listens. lol. Well the spaniel is constantly picking fights with the Shephard and stealing his food. My dogs so mellow that he cant be bothered. So I had a T bone yesterday and I saved the shephard the bone because he doesnt keep the neighboorhood up at night barking. So I seperated them and gave him the leftovers. So my dog sits there enjoying the hell out of it...well the little one gets pissed and hes sitting there barking at the shephard. Well the Shephard sits right in front of him and slowly eats the bone. lol This of course pisses him off more. So once the big dog is done, I opened the gate and there was still a piece of bone left.....fucking lol...the little one goes over there...and im not kidding you..he shits on it out of pure rage. hahahahahaha. oh my god I havent laughed that hard in a while. These dogs are endless entertainment.
