I stated that we were "working, drinking and doing coke for three days". It should be noted that people in certain professions (if u can call them a profession) such as roofing, flooring, etc. live a life that most people could never even imagine. Although it sounds ridiculous, we were self medicating ourselves due to the sheer physical pain that the job entails (seen guys cut kneeholes out of their jeans due to water on the knee & keep working) and attempting to make a buck due to "completion time" bonuses. I make no excuses for that period of my life. It has made me appreciate "how the other half" lives, where I could have ended up, the value of busting your ass, trying to make money for a family with no access to higher education and knowing when to move on. When we were in that Bar, we were not wasted as you insinuate in your posting. When a man lives his life that way 24 hours a day, you would never notice anything out of the ordinary. Being sober is when he looks odd. Enough of my run-on sentences and inappropriate punctuation.
Mick.....a man has to protect himself at all times.
It has been many years, but i was involved with the deaths of 4 people (two sisters being 8 months pregnant and thier partners) I was over Pot - 50 lbs......All that I can say is that a had a fresh National Bohemian beer and it was time to go. I told them to hold them to wait up, but they left, the rest is history. Search for Ricco Marzando in the MD's Correctional facilities. It was the only time where a beer saved my life. Not to mention John Schapp - check Germany Army files. have fun.

Not to make light of your job, but don't you have a license to kill in certain circumstances? If you do, then you don't have to bury the body. It will be someone else's job. But I bet the paper work would be a bitch.
