Channel 5 News in Nashville is reported former Titans quarterback Steve McNair has been killed.

The television station cited police, who reported McNair suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head in downtown Nashville.
The shooting happened on Second South and Lea Avenue, the station reports. Police reported the shooting appeared to be a double homicide, with a woman also found dead.
Truly a shame for what happened to McNair, but the ultimate thing is that he put himself into that kind of situation. Cheat on your wife with a crazy waitress bitch, buy her a car with your name in the title, put her up in snazzy places, and then cheat on said crazy bitch, or at least make it seem like you are... just a bad situation all around. I was surprised that the wife didnt kill him, considering he was allegedly double cheating on her.
However, McNair was a good QB and broke down a lot of misconceptions of what that position couldn't do, being one of the most notable running QB's and built like a LB. He was a very tough individual, and always played seemingly better when he was hurt. A healthy McNair meant that you had a sub-quality McNair, it was just the weirdest thing to see. An athlete that was seemingly worse the better he felt. That being said, I am surprised a team hasnt signed his corpse as a backup. If anyone could play that hurt, it would be McNair.
Al Michaels: "And Eli goes down, he appears to be injured. Steve McNair's corpse is quickly warming up to come into the game, even tho he was listed as questionable, out with no soul."
Read an interesting story on Bam Morris today. Maybe he has finally straightened out his life. I thought he was very good back till all the drug problems..
vicks out.
i think he'll play in the nfl again
if the wildcat takes off, beware cuz hes gonna be a really cheap backup qb who will kill teams if they sleep on him.
[quote=DontSnatch;317823]gooooooooooooo vick!! he'll be back but i dont see it this year. goodell is gonna hammer him and plax to "protect" the image of the NFL[quote]
