haha yeah i was gonna say the same thing, although jizz is right in a way, because what you did last yr does matter to the pollers at the beginning of the season....

but during, it should just be what u did during the 2008 CFB season.

which is why i understand lsu being ranked higher than kentucky.

and UK has a huge game this wkend. i say if they win and lsu is idle, kentucky moves up to like number 8 or somewhere around there.

the past matters and since UK's not a huge program, i dont see the rankings being too kind to them.

Whoa..I am not saying we are better than LSU because we beat them last year or should be ranked ahead of them. The fact is we are 4-0, we whipped Louisville, we destroyed WKU, and we beat MTSU. All of which are quality programs. We have the #1 ranked defense in the country. I am just saying after beating WKU, we should have been ranked this week before UCONN. And obviously last year means nothing because FSU is ranked and we beat them in a bowl game. Sorry I am defensive of my Cats and a little bitter.

You are bitching and complaining and the teams ya'll have played have a combined record of 7-11! And you keep bringing in Louisville and they are just 2-2.








Plus they can't have too many SEC teams in the top 25. It's just not good business. If you was in the Big 12 you would probably be ranked!

It may be bullshit, but it's the system that was in place when the season started... If you ask me, since the BCS is the agreed system in place, I think the AP is bullshit. OOOOoohhh, let's change the rules after the season is over. At least the AP actually waits until the end of the bowl season now to award their National Champion... Look it over and see ho many teams have an AP national championship awarded right before they lost their bowl game...

As for your comment about LSU, they were number 1 in ALL polls at the end of the year. End of Story.
