Yeah, the Almeida fight is one that I'd probably put money on. I am also considering betting against Tyson Griffen and taking Marcus Aurellio at +275. I know Griffen's got heavy hands but I think Aurellio might be able to hang with him. The Lytle fight is a solid one, but I like Koschek in it.

I think Koscheck will probably win, but he just knocked out Hazelett so he may try to stand with Lytle for a while. Lytle has better hands and Kos may not realize it in time that trading with Lytle is a bad idea.
I would be very afraid of betting on Aurelio. He lost to Guida who lost to Grifiin. Both fights were close & could have gone either way, but Aurelio is still 34 years old so he probably has peaked. I don't think he will be able to stop Griffin from taking him down and controlling for 3 rounds.

Yeah, both of those are reasons why I don't really want to put money on the fights this time. I don't feel confident enough with the fights that are on to make the smart, "upset" pick. Same way I'd like to bet on Forrest because I think he could win, but I'm not confident enough to actually bet against Rampage. We'll see, I'll probably wait until the August card and see what the line is going to be on the GSP fight as well as the Lesnar fight.

if you could get aurelio at +275 that is without a doubt the best value bet on the card. if i wasnt so fucking broke i'd put some serious coin down on him.

You should be able to use your IRA and invest it anyway you want. Just don't put it all on Aurielio if things go awry Soze and I don't want that feeling on our heads that you gambled away your early retirement.

Nah. I'm not putting anything on Aurelio. If I had to bet on one these fights it would be on Joe Daddy. He may be a heavy favorite, but it's basically a guranteed win as far as I'm concerned.
i just found this thread...my favorite fighters are nick diaz, mayhem miller, shinya aoki, spencer fisher, gilbert melendez, bj penn... anyone like any of these guys?
