Fuck yeah I did. But, you know what 19 year olds are like. You can't just tell them they're wrong or they'll "prove you wrong". So I had to lead him along with directed questions.

Honestly, I think his girlfriend is treating him like shit because he didn't have a job. There was a whole week where she "didn't have time to see him", then he said same for this week and all of a sudden after he told her he was working again, BAM! She wants him to go shopping for xmas with her. She's been corrupted by her parents that money buys love. Sad, cause she is mostly a nice girl.

I'm still hoping that he quits them today or tomorrow. He found out that he is required to do 20 demonstrations per week or his pay is docked. But they don't consider him on a draw. They say he's not required to get any sells, but if he does he makes $200 per sale on top of his "pay". Yesterday he found out that it takes from 2-4 hours for a demonstration. That doesn't include drive time, prep time, paperwork, etc. I had to repeat 20x4=80 hours just for demonstration. That drops his pay down to below $5/hr.

He's thinking he can find another job while working for this place. I asked WHEN? If you're working 60+ hours a week, you don't have time to look. If you take time off for interviews, you don't have time for demonstrations which means you lose pay and then they fire you and then you don't get unemployment.
