That's the point; if you want a teleprompter, use a teleprompter, if you want notes, use notes. Every politician does it, its not a big deal

Scrawling notes on your hand and then pretend to be speaking off the cuff just makes you look like a 13 year old cheating on their history test

Actually he used the promoter while addressing the press at the school. It is still weak but a point worth mentioning.

I went to see Frank Sinatra right before he died and he had a teleprompter. I mean everyone in the audience knew the words to My Way except him. Then I went to see Black Sabbath and Ozzy was using a teleprompter. How can you forget the words to War Pigs? Most of these politicians are lawyers. The know how to read books, public speaking is not what they do best. Any idiot can sound smart if he is good at public speaking. Look how Obama fooled the world into thinking he is some kind of savior. It's because he has charisma. Otherwise if you analyze what he is saying, it's all the same bullshit. I never judge my politicians by their speech making abilities. That being said, everyone knows Palin is an idiot.
