I'm in central MS...we'll have a threat of rain, wind, and the possibility of tornadoes from this storm, but not as bad as Katrina, though. God Bless to all those who are evacuating. RDC, come to Jackson....we'll take care of you, my brother.

it looks like gustav is finally hitting us land. i hope everyone in the dsf family and their friends/family are safe if they are in that region.

My best friend goes to Tulane, he is heading for Alabama for a few days.

I remember when the triple Hurricans his Florida a few years ago I was a server along I77. For about three weeks he had people that had been away from home for weeks and just wondering with nowhere to go. I used to call them refugees, but mostly because they all knew Wyclef.....what?

Good luck to everybody that is evacuating. I lived in Houston and i know how frustrating it can be cuz i've been thru it too. Keep your spirits up and remember that no material possession is worth more than your life.
