A Wisconsin elementary school teacher set to be married to her fiancee in less than two months has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child she taught.

Madison Lynn Bergmann, 24, a Hudson school district teacher was arrested on one count of first-degree child sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, after a parent of a fifth grader reported her to River Crest Elementary School administrators and police.

The female educator’s arrest follows the victim’s father on Wednesday sharing text messages between Bergmann and the student, where she allegedly told the victim, an eleven year old boy that she liked it when the fifth grader touched her and that she enjoyed ‘making out’ with him.

Set to marry her fiancee in two months

‘Learning about a school staff member and alleged inappropriate conduct that breaches trust is deeply troubling for all of us,’ the school said in a statement to staff and parents, WQOW reported.

According to her Facebook, Bergmann got engaged to her fiancé Ben in December and their wedding day is set for July 27.

Notice of the alleged indiscretions came after the child’s mother overheard the student and Bergmann on Monday talking on the phone before she informed the child’s father, according to KARE 11.

During police questioning, Bergmann told authorities that the victim’s mother allegedly gave her the student’s phone number after the family invited her to Afton Alps, a skiing resort, over winter break.

Upon searching Bergmann’s bag, officers found handwritten notes between the pair in a folder with the victim’s name on it, charging documents stated.

‘I do love you more than anyone in the world but I have to be the adult here…’

The victim later told police that he and Bergmann would write each other notes throughout the day. Many of the letters talk about the two kissing each other, court documents stated according to CBS News.

In one of the letters, Bergmann allegedly wrote, ‘One of my cousins is in the 5th grade and I can’t imagine a man talking to her how we talk. I know we have a special relationship and I do love you more than anyone in the world but I have to be the adult here and stop.’

When asked about the text exchange between her and the student, Bergmann invoked her right to an attorney, documents stated.

Bergmann was let out on a $25,000 signature bond and is not allowed on school property or at school events.

‘We understand the gravity of this situation and are committed to providing the necessary support for any child who may be impacted,’ the Hudson School District wrote to parents.

‘We kindly request the school community to respect the privacy of Hudson students and their families and refrain from spreading rumors or speculation.’

Abuse of trust, authority and power

Hudson School District officials said counseling professionals will be present to help students and staff members who might be struggling with the allegations.

According to Bergmann’s Facebook, she is originally from Elmo, Minnesota, and went to college at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She was an Assistant Center Director at Sylvan Learning for four years while she was in school.

In August 2022 she posted a picture on Facebook of a classroom but it is unclear if that was taken at River Crest Elementary School.

She said: ‘My classroom is finally (mostly) set up! I have so many wonderful people to thank who helped me get this far!’

‘Can’t wait for school to start!’

It is unclear exactly when she started teaching at the elementary school. In a 2022 post by the school, it listed her ‘special interests’ were painting and house plants.

‘I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in Kindergarten. All of my teachers along the way helped to foster that dream,’ she stated.

Not immediately clear is what led to the female educator abusing her position of trust, authority and power and subjugating her male victim.

Bergmann is scheduled to next appear in court on May 30.

An engaged elementary school teacher faces a child sexual assault charge in Wisconsin after letters in her backpack allegedly revealed that she had told an 11-year-old student “I do love you more than anyone in the world.”

Madison Bergmann, a 24-year-old from St. Paul, Minn., now on leave from her River Crest Elementary School job in Hudson, Wisc., was arrested Wednesday accused of first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, a class B felony technically punishable by up to 60 years in prison upon conviction.

The illicit activity was discovered earlier in the week, when the victim’s parents discovered that their son had been communicating with Bergmann nearly every day since he got her phone number on a skiing trip during winter break, WCCO reported. The victim’s parents learned their son and the suspect were talking on the phone after school on Monday, leading them to confiscate his phone and report the evidence of sexual abuse they found, the local CBS affiliate added.

Authorities allege that letters inside a folder in the defendant’s backpack showed the engaged teacher telling the child victim she loved him “more than anyone in the world.”

“One of my cousins is in the 5th grade and I can’t imagine a man talking to her how we talk. I know we have a special relationship and I do love you more than anyone in the world but I have to be the adult here and stop,” Bergmann allegedly said.

In one alleged text exchange, the victim said, “Haha bro I just want to make out with you.” The teacher is accused of replying with, “I do too! Like alllll the time.”

Charging documents reportedly said that Bergmann’s notes tell the boy “she loves him, wants to kiss him, he turns her on and that she is obsessed with him.”

St. Croix County court records reviewed by Law&Crime show that Bergmann appeared before Judge Edward Vlack on Thursday and her bond was set at $25,000. As of Friday, jail records do not show Bergmann in custody.

The judge ordered Bergmann to have “absolutely NO CONTACT” with the alleged victim or anyone under the age of 18. She is also barred from contacting students at Rivercrest Elementary School.

“The term ‘no contact’ is hereby defined as no contact in person, by telephone, by way of electronic device, email, facsimile, social media including but not limited to texting, Facebook, Twitter, contact through the mail, and/or through a third person,” the judge explained.

The defendant must also be subjected to GPS monitoring while out on bond, limiting her to traveling “no more than 100 miles from Hudson, WI,” which is located right across from Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn., separated by the St. Croix River.

The docket in Bergmann’s case shows that there is a status conference set for May 30, just before noon, as well as a preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. on June 14.

Law&Crime reached out to Bergmann’s defense attorney of record Joseph Tamburino, but he declined to comment.

The school district reportedly called the Bergmann case “deeply troubling for all of us.”

And it continues… The ‘jilted’ fiancee of a Wisconsin elementary school teacher accused of having a sexual dalliance with a 5th grade boy has called off the wedding to his ‘sweetheart’.

Madison Bergmann, 24, a Hudson school teacher and her betrothed, Sam Hickman, were due to tie the knot in July — but the revelation of his fiancee’s alleged love affair with one of her 11-year-old students has led to the man breaking up with the woman and calling off their wedding.

‘It’s been indefinitely postponed,’ a friend of Hickman, who asked to remain anonymous told the nypost.

‘F–ked up that she cheated with a little kid,’

‘And it probably won’t happen. Sam is really upset and heartbroken. He’s embarrassed and pissed. He didn’t deserve this. Everyone is pissed,’ he added.

The longtime couple’s wedding page on the popular marriage website The Knot has also now been taken down.

The anonymous friend says the decision to call off the wedding, which was scheduled for July 27, was a mutual decision, not one or the other’s alone.

‘It was more like, ‘Well obviously it’s not going to happen this summer.’ Pretty much all that there is to say,’ he said.

‘He says it’s f–ked up that she cheated with a little kid,’ the friend told the nypost.

‘He’s really really hurt. Not talking too much about it, just like ‘this is f–ked up’.’

‘He’s still in shock,’ the friend continued. ‘Not only did she cheat on him, but she cheated with a little kid.’

The Hudson teacher’s illicit affair with the 5th grade boy was found out after the victim’s parents found texts between the pair, according to charging documents. Charges of first-degree child sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, were laid after the boy’s father shared printed screen-shots of the illicit texts with officials at River Crest Elementary School where the teacher taught.

Sample texts including the educator telling her 11 year old paramour how much she enjoyed him touching her and ‘making out,’ according to charging documents state.

When asked about the text exchange between her and the student, Bergmann invoked her right to an attorney, documents stated.

But there was more to come.

Police additionally found a folder with the victim’s name on it in her bag that contained handwritten notes talking about how much they kissed, they said.

In one of the letters, Bergmann allegedly wrote, ‘One of my cousins is in the 5th grade and I can’t imagine a man talking to her how we talk. I know we have a special relationship and I do love you more than anyone in the world but I have to be the adult here and stop.’

It’s unclear how long the abuse had been going on, but the accused sexual predator told investigators she was given the boy’s phone number by his mother in December when the family invited the teacher to the Afton Alps for winter break.

That was the same month Bergmann became engaged to Hickman, her social media shows. Yes kids, I’m also frothing at the bit…

The Hudson teacher has since been placed on administrative leave and barred from contacting any district students, parents or staff, the Hudson School District told parents the same day as her arrest.

Bergmann is charged with one count of first-degree child sexual assault. She was released on a $25,000 signature bond.

Bergmann is scheduled to next appear in court on May 30.

Slidell teacher has sex with teen student, more victims feared

Alexa Wingerter, Slidell, Louisiana teacher accused of sexual relationship with student as more victims feared after teacher sent barrage of illicit photos, texts to male students along with buying alcohol.

A Louisiana teacher has been accused of sending inappropriate photos, and text messages, and buying alcohol for students at a local bar, along with sexually engaging with at least one teen student, according to the Slidell Police Department.

Alexa Wingerter, 35, an educator at Slidell High School was arrested Tuesday morning, following complaints in March that she had inappropriate relationships with her male students. Police said she used various social media sites to talk to her alleged victims.

Officers said Wingerter was involved in a ‘sexual relationship with at least one 18-year-old male student.’

More victims feared

Wingerter also bought liquor for the students at local bars in Slidell, the department said, WWLTV reported.

Wingerter’s employers, the St. Tammany School Board, issued a statement following the arrest.

‘The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. Our district has responded appropriately and is fully cooperating with the Slidell Police Department in their investigation,’ Superintendent Frank Jabbia said.

‘Any allegations of inappropriate conduct are taken very seriously and are reported directly to law enforcement officials.’

‘We have strict policies in place to ensure that any behavior compromising the safety of our students is not tolerated.’

‘We will continue to prioritize the safety of our students above all else.’

It’s unclear what subject Wingerter taught at the school and for how long she was employed by the school district.

She faces charges of Prohibited Sexual Conduct Between an Educator and Student and Unlawful Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages on Behalf of Persons Under 21.

Slidell police said the investigation is ongoing and there could be more victims.

The Louisiana teacher’s arrest is the latest arrest of a female educator abusing her position of trust, authority and power to subjugate her male victims.

Slidell High School, is a public school of about 1,700 students.

Texas elementary teacher explicit videos make school rounds

Adrienne Harborth elementary teacher at Lamar CISD viral video makes the rounds as educator now claims being the victim of revenge p*rn as investigation is launched.

A Texas elementary school teacher who has claimed being a victim of revenge p*rn at the hands of her ex boyfriend is under investigation after sexually explicit videos of herself inside her classroom made the rounds.

Adrienne Harborth was a music teacher at Gray Elementary in Lamar Consolidated Independent School District in Fort Bend County near Houston before her abrupt departure earlier this year.

Harborth resigned in February for undisclosed reasons, but the school district claims it wasn’t aware of the lewd depictions until Wednesday, when videos of the teacher — who is wearing her school ID in the clips — began to surface online.

‘I would never do it again.’

The teacher can be seen flashing her breasts and bottom to a camera in one video that appears to be inside the classroom. Another clip shows her stripping down similarly in a bathroom.

‘It was a poor judgment on my part,’ the former educator told KHOU 11. ‘I would never do it again.’

The teacher claimed she shot the videos on a Sunday when she’d stopped by the school to pick something up or in a bathroom when nobody was on campus.

She said she only shared the videos with her ex-boyfriend, with whom she’d just had a ‘nasty breakup’.

The woman has since filed a police report for possible revenge porn in Harris County, where she’s living with her parents, according to KHOU.

‘I’ve never sent this out to thousands of men. Like, I’m not that type of person,’ she told the outlet. ‘This was just a relationship, a private matter, and he released it.’

While the ex teacher has not been charged with any crime, the school district opted to open an investigation after community activists called out her behavior at a press conference.

Local activist Quanell X bizarrely described the video in vivid detail to reporters on Wednesday, saying the clip shows her ‘stripping down naked, bending over and showing you everything on the video and all you could see was cellulite and pubic hair.’

‘This woman obviously had lost her damn mind. She needs psychotropic medication. She pulls out her breasts and she’s juggling them — look like she’s about to fall over. Then she bends over and pulls down her panties,’ X added.

He said she should never be allowed around children again.

LCISD parent Barbara Villareal told KHOU she was appalled by the display amid claims Harborth is now seeking teaching employment at alternate school districts.

Two female high school teachers in Wisconsin have resigned after allegedly trying to set up a foursome with students after sharing ‘racy images’ of lingerie on social media.

Alexsia Saldaris quit Joseph Craig High School in Janesville, Wisconsin, on April 22 and Jennifer Larson on May 14 after a probe by the school district following allegations of ‘inappropriate behavior.’

Both teachers were on a class trip with a male student on April 7 to 9 and the investigation found incriminating Snapchat messages the educators allegedly sent the boy.

Saldaris admitted to sending the student five photos of herself in lingerie and kissing the student during the trip, the district’s report summary read according to WMTV-15.

Larson admitted to exchanging messages with the student ‘involving cuddling, flirting, and the implication of alcohol‘.

The messages both teachers sent told the student they wanted to cuddle and ‘have fun’ with him, and asked if another student could join in.

Saldaris then met the student on April 9 and gave him the keys to a school district van used on the trip so he could ‘take laps’ of the car park.

While she was changing her shoes in the back of the van, the pair kissed, according to the report summary.

Later that evening the teacher sent the student racy photos of herself, and made plans in Snapchat messages to meet the next weekend.

‘Our relationship needs to end!’

Nothing more happened between any of the trio that weekend, but the situation began to unravel the day after the trip according to the dailymail.

Larson reported her colleague to Craig High Principal Alison Bjoin for letting the student drive the van.

Saldaris responded by sending the student a Snapchat message that morning telling him ‘relationship’ needed to end to which the boy agreed, the report summary stated.

Then on the morning of April 11, another teacher confronted a group of students who were laughing around a phone, and saw the photos of Saldaris.

The teacher went straight to Bjoin saying she was ’95 per cent sure’ the photos they were laughing at were of Saldaris in lingerie.


Criminal charges?

School officials confronted the teachers as they found out more about what happened, and both admitted what they did.

They were put on administrative leave on April 12, with the school district launching an investigation.

Larson was Craig High’s advisor for the Wisconsin DCEA, a program for student future leaders and entrepreneurs, which Saldaris was in as a student.

The report detailed how a teacher who found out about the Snapchat messages and the teachers’ conduct on the trip told some ‘prominent’ local residents, who then notified the school district.

Larson also admitted on another occasion that she told a male student a girl he was seeing wasn’t ‘good enough’ for him.

Saldaris worked for the district for one year, while Larson worked in the school system for 11 years.

The Janesville Police Department is now investigating to determine if any crime was committed and will refer their findings to the Rock County District Attorney.

A high school teacher in Canada has lost her license over accusations she had a long-running sexual relationship with a former female student, following a retinue of lurid details involving the educator and her alleged victim during a hearing last week.

Lindsay Amber Eileen Dolson had been teaching at an unnamed school in Cambridge, Toronto at the time, during which she ‘committed acts that, in all circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful,’ a discipline committee wrote.

They further branded the educator’s actions from about 2014 to 2015 to be both ‘dishonorable or unprofessional,’ and ‘engaged in conduct unbecoming [of] a member [of the Ontario College of Teachers].’

The Discipline Committee of the Ontario College of Teachers found her guilty of professional misconduct on June 6 the Toronto Sun reported.

The investigation committee alleged Dolson ‘abused a student or students psychologically or emotionally,’ and ‘committed acts that, in all circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional,’ and ‘engaged in conduct unbecoming a member.’

According to the college, the student was left suffering from ‘adverse emotional and psychological effects’ as a result of the Waterloo District School Board educator’s ‘conduct from in or about 2014 to in or about 2015.’

An October 31, 2023 notice described in-person meetings where the educator and her victim discussed having sex.

It said the student was at Dolson’s house on one or more occasions and they also had breakfast together where they discussed whether they should have sex.

Then, on Aug. 29, 2014, the student allegedly went to the Dolson’s home where she was offered an alcoholic drink and the two engaged in sexual activity. It goes on to say that the teacher asked the student to keep it a secret, while also telling her husband about the incident.

According to the Notice of Hearing dated Oct. 31, 2023:

— From February 2014 to about June 2014, Dolson had inappropriate interactions with Student 1 while she was attending the school.

— Dolson allegedly had numerous private and personal discussions with the student, often complimenting her and telling her that her own nipples were pierced. She allegedly gave the student her phone number and rides home.

— On or about June 27, 2014, Student 1 graduated. Starting in July, Dolson allegedly engaged in ‘an inappropriate relationship‘ with the student.

— According to the hearing notice, Dolson sent the student inappropriate messages about her ‘sexual orientation, sexual preferences, and/or sexual history, including her current sexual practices with her husband and/or other women.’

— She also sent photos of her breasts to Student 1, along with other body parts either wearing revealing clothing or naked. Other photos Dolson allegedly sent the student were photos of women doing yoga, accompanied by sexual comments. She also asked for a photo of the student’s breasts.

— The teacher also allegedly encouraged the student to m*sturbate and talked techniques with her, and telling her to keep their interactions ‘hush-hush’.

— A threesome with Dolson’s husband also came up in conversation.

— Dolson also allegedly asked the student about her sexual orientation, preferences and sexual history and encouraged her to make a play for a friend the girl was interested in.

— On Aug. 2, 2014, the student went to Dolson’s home where she was allegedly offered an alcoholic drink. Then, the student was seated on the bed when the teacher allegedly began undressing and kissing the student before performing oral sex and penetrating her. The hearing notice said the student was also offered a vibrator.

— Over the next four years, Dolson was keenly interested in the former student’s sex life and the pair continued the relationship via text messages. The educator asked the student if they could ‘be together again.’

On April 23, 2020, the college moved Dolson’s status to inactive and nonpracticing.

The school where Dolson had taught was not named nor was the student’s age.

Dolson, who the college says got her Bachelor of Arts from Trent University in 2002, has not been charged by police.

‘Ride or Die’ Bestie School Employees Arrested for Having Sex With Students

Two former Georgia school employees have been indicted for allegedly have sexual relations with students.

Court documents say Railey Greeson and Brooklyn Schuler were indicted last week on for having sex with students between October 2021 and January 2022, WXIA reported. Greeson was indicted on two counts for having sex with two different male students, and Shuler faces one count for having sex with a different male student.

According to the indictment, the two Calhoun City School District employees “reasonably should have known” the minor were students.

The indictments did not provide the ages of the students or say what schools the two women worked for or in what capacity. It’s not clear if the women resigned or were fired.

The New York Post said that Shuler was listed as a Level 4 educator on the Georgia Professional Standards Commission website as of December 2022.

The Post also said that Greeson and Schuler were in each other’s wedding parties and described each other as “ride or die” best friends.

According to the Gordon Gazette, the two women were arrested on June 28 and booked into the Gordon County Jail. They have since bonded out.

‘School employees and reported ‘ride or die’ besties in each other’s weddings accused of sexually abusing students

Georgia school district employees each face serious charges of illicit sexual contact with male students following their indictments last week in Gordon County, but the story only gets worse from there.

Brooklyn Shuler was one of Railey Greeson’s bridesmaids, the latter’s website for an October 2023 wedding shows, and Greeson was reportedly Shuler’s maid of honor in November 2022.

Shuler’s wedding website has since been taken down, but the New York Post reported that Greeson described her there as her “ride or die” and “best friend,” and both women are reportedly 23 or close to that age.

All reports have identified Shuler and Greeson as ex-Calhoun City School District employees, raising some questions about what their exact roles were in the school system, at which schools, at what times, and whether they resigned from their jobs or were fired.

The Calhoun Times said that Shuler was most recently a fourth grade teacher at Red Bud Elementary School, but the time period for the alleged offenses is between October 2021 and January 2022 — prior to both weddings.

The report said Greeson and Shuler are each out on bond after being accused of “sexual intercourse and sexually explicit conduct” involving different male students, with Greeson facing two counts and Shuler facing one.

Under Georgia law, a conviction for the first-degree improper sexual contact by an employee or agent is generally punishable by at least one year behind bars and as many as 25 years in prison, but if the alleged victims are under the age of 16 legal peril substantially ratchets up to at least 10 years and up to 30.

There’s a caveat, though:
If at the time of the offense the victim of the offense is at least 14 years of age but less than 21 years of age and the person is 21 years of age or younger and is no more than 48 months older than the victim, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall not be subject to the sentencing and punishment provisions of Code Section 17-10-6.2.

It is not immediately clear how old the alleged victims are or how old the defendants were during the timeline of October 2021 and January 2022.

Robyn Rogers, Lake Havasu City, Arizona teacher arrested for having sex with a teen runaway minor who she was harboring at her residence.

An Arizona teacher is alleged to have had sex with a 17-year-old boy who had been missing for months after running away from home.

Robyn Rogers, 44, was arrested Thursday after officers made contact with her at a home on Beefeater Drive in Lake Havasu City, AZ. following a tip of about the missing boy’s possible location according to a news release.

She was believed to be hiding the juvenile male, who ran away from his home on February 14. He was observed leaving the rear of the residence as police questioned Rogers, leading them on a short foot chase before being taken into custody, AZ Family reported.

Police said the juvenile male was in a sexual relationship with Rogers, and that Rogers, a ‘life skills teacher,’ was assisting him by evading police.

Rogers who has two children of her own, was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual conduct with a minor, along with hindering prosecution, false reporting to law enforcement, possession of narcotic drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

During her initial appearances, Rogers was held on a $25,000 cash bond on the three counts of sexual conduct with a minor, and a $5,000 secured bond on the remaining charges. In her mugshots, the mom-of-two sported a pair of pigtails.

Following the educator’s arrest, Telesis Preparatory Academy Superintendent Sandy Breece – Rogers’ employer – issued a statement saying the teacher in life skills and child development was no longer with the institution.

‘The staff member is no longer employed at our school,’ Breece said Friday night.

‘We do not have any additional information.’

Prior to her ouster, Rogers in addition to her teaching duties also served as the athletic liaison, cheerleading coach and the liaison to the board according to Today’s News-Herald Havasu News.

Not known is how Rogers came to know the runaway.

A regard of Rogers’ social media accounts suggests the educator having been married as recently as two years ago.

Rogers as of Tuesday had yet to make bond and continued to remain in custody at the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.

Michelle Christine Solis, former Gridley, California teacher at Sycamore Junior High School sentenced to 4 years jail after having sex with 14 year old boy on the day of his eighth day graduation. Educator had groomed her victim.

A former Gridley, California teacher was sentenced to four years in state prison on July 18 for having sex with a 14-year-old boy who was her student in June 2021. The sex act took place on the day of the boy’s graduation.

Michelle Christine Solis, 46, was sentenced to the maximum term by Butte County Superior Court Judge Michael Deems, following her plea to one count of sex with a minor according to a release from the Butte County DA’s Office.

Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey said the charge stems from conduct during the boy’s eighth-grade year at Sycamore Junior High School in Gridley.

Explicit images of married teacher began to circulate

At the time, Solis, a married mother of two young children was the boy’s teacher.

The educator according to the release, ‘friended’ the teen on Instagram at the time and began messaging him in the weeks leading up to his graduation, prosecutors said. Evidence showed Solis sending her victim four explicit photos of herself before having sexual intercourse with him in her classroom on the day of the boy’s eighth-grade graduation.

But there was more to come.

Rumors and copies of one of the photographs began to circulate in the Gridley community in October 2023. A Gridley Police investigation ensued and investigators contacted the boy and reviewed his phone’s content. There, they found communication between Solis and the victim, including two explicit photographs of Solis that matched the descriptions the boy previously provided.

In court July 18, Solis’ attorney asked the judge to give his client probation, citing the incident as only ‘one act,’ the Gridley Herald reported. Which is to wonder, would the same plea have held had the genders been reversed?

The District Attorney’s Office argued the upper term in state prison was appropriate, due to the 29-year age difference between Solis and the boy, Solis’ position as a trusted community member and a pattern of conduct amounting to ‘grooming.’

Abuse of position of trust, power and authority

The District Attorney’s Office pointed to Solis’ special treatment of the boy in school, the numerous social media contacts between Solis and the boy, Solis’ directions to delete their communications, and the explicit photographs Solis sent to the victim before initiating sexual intercourse.

Ramsey said Solis was previously remanded to the Butte County Jail on June 27, after her attorney requested a continuance of the sentencing hearing. She will be transported to the state prison within a week. Solis will be required to register as a sex offender and was ordered to stay away from the victim for 10 years.

The female educator’s arrest is the latest in a series of female sexual predators in positions of power abusing their student victims.

Not immediately understood is what led to the female teacher abusing her position of trust, authority and power to subjugate her male victim.

Alanis Pinion, Catholic Delaware teacher at St. Mary Magdalen School sends explicit photos of self to 14 year old via Snapchat as authorities now fear the existence of additional victims.

A former Delaware Catholic teacher has been accused of sending sexually explicit photos of herself to a 14-year-old former student, according to police.

Alanis Pinion, a 24-year-old 8th-grade teacher at St. Mary Magdalen School in Wilmington, was arrested Thursday by the New Castle County Police.

Detectives discovered Pinion having frequently communicated with her students over Snapchat — and sending sexually explicit photos to one of them.

Additional victims feared

Police informed the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, which runs the school and fully cooperated with the investigation.

Upon her arrest, Pinion was charged with one felony count of sexual solicitation of a child under 18, one felony count of endangering the welfare of a child and one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure first-degree, Action News reported.

Pinion was arraigned and housed at the Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution after failing to pay $46,000 cash bail.

A spokesperson for the Saint Mary Magdalen School told NBC Philadelphia Pinion was a part-time contractor and is no longer associated with the school.

Rev. James T. Kirk Jr., pastor of Saint Mary Magdalen Parish, also sent a letter to parents, staff and parishioners about the investigation.

‘The contractor had successfully completed the required background check process prior to her employment. The school, parish and our Diocese officials supported the police as they conducted their investigation,’ he wrote. ‘Please be assured that all of us at Saint Mary Magdalen Parish and School, along with our partners at the Diocese of Wilmington, always keep the safety of our children and youth as a primary goal.’

Not immediately understood is what led to the female educator abusing her position of trust, power and authority and subjugating her male victim.
