I wouldn't mind seeing Lashley on TUF too. I doubt it will happen, but I think it would be awesome. He's talked about doing the show, but I think he'd be giving up too much potential earnings to get locked into an 8 & 8 contract at his age.

Rex Richards isn't going to be on. He was offered a spot, but tore his MCL before filming started.
And it's too bad about Drysdale, he could've embarrassed a lot of guys as a world-class grappler. Of course, I said the same thing about Vinnie Maghales last season, and he gets KTFO by goddamn Ryan Bader.
Patriotism is as fierce as a fever, pitiless as the grave, blind as a stone, and irrational as a headless hen.

Not really any news here; he does talk a lot about the Zuffa monopoly, and how making six figures a fight isn't enough, but that's about all.
I'm sure I'm not alone, but I like this guy near the top as a pound-for-pounder - have seen him both working out close up in person and live for a couple of his demolitions, and believe he's the real thing. We'll see...
Catch the fights last night? Arlovski is really continuing to prove that his chin is made of glass and I was impressed with that guillotine Shields locked in.

I was impressed with Shields and Diaz, even though I can't stand their attitudes.
I kept hoping for that home run shot from Scott Smith when he was backed up against the cage, but it never came.
Riggs was frustrating to watch, because he had Baroni out on his feet several times, especially in the 3rd round. I don't know if he has no killer instinct or was gassed, but I think I could have finished Baroni if he was just standing there taking flying knees and dropping his hands.
One of my best friends from college grew up with Scott Smith so I'm always pulling for him, especially over Diaz. for some reason, I'm not nearly as bothered by Shield's attitude in compairson to Diaz's.

Rogers, Diaz, and Shields all impressed me. I was pretty proud of myself. Called all three of those. I wasn't sure that Shields was going to be able to take Lawler down, but I guess he didn't need to.
I don't know what to think about Arlovski. He does have back to back KO losses, but one was to Fedor and Rogers is a guy who may be really good. This was his first big test and he passed with flying colors. Hopefully he'll fight Overeem next for the belt and we get to see how good he truly is.
