Court documents shed more light on the felony charges that a 26-year-old Oklahoma substitute teacher and wife of the local police chief faces for alleged sex offenses against students.

Now-former Wellston Public Schools substitute teacher Emma Delaney Hancock, also identified as the daughter of the local mayor, allegedly boasted that she would not be caught when telling a 15-year-old male student it was true that she wanted to “make out” with the 15-year-old male she’s accused of sexually abusing.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) probe began in earnest on Nov. 8, 2022, which is when authorities said they interviewed the 15-year-old victim. OSBI Lieutenant Kevin Garrett said that the teen told authorities Hancock asked for his number on Oct. 6 to text an “assignment that he needed to get answers from,” the probable cause affidavit said.

Weeks later, authorities said, the teen sent Hancock a shirtless Snapchat from the “locker room,” the affidavit said.

“Are we sending half naked pictures now?” the substitute teacher allegedly asked. “I don’t know, are we?” the student apparently answered.

“Are you trying to get me to lose my job?” Hancock allegedly asked.

From there, the teacher allegedly “snapped a picture from her bath tub, about six inches above her knees and down.” Investigators said evidence that matched this description was found in the form of two photos on Hancock’s cell phone.

“The next night,” the affidavit said, Hancock sent the teen “a picture with a blanket covering her breast downward.”

“The picture was dim and [the teen] believed it had a filter on it,” documents said. When the teen asked Hancock to “move the blanket,” she allegedly “sent another picture with the blanket moved showing her breasts.”

Between Oct. 23 and Oct. 30, the substitute teacher and student “sent nude snap pictures, and nudes and masturbation snap videos back and forth to each other.”

On Oct. 26, a 16-year-old girl allegedly received a Snapchat message from Hancock asking her to tell the 15-year-old student to go to her room at lunch because she had something for him.

“The message also said to keep it quiet,” the affidavit said.

The girl knew the 15-year-old boy was in the lunch room with another 16-year-old girl, so she texted that girl Hancock’s message, the affidavit said.

The boy then “got up and left, did not even say bye,” the affidavit said.

On Halloween, Hancock subbed in a Home Economics class, authorities said. During the lunch break, she allegedly let the victim take a “hit” from her vape pen and asked him if he wanted to make out.

After the teen replied yes, the two went into the pantry in the classroom, authorities said.

It’s alleged that Hancock “grabbed” the boy and “aggressively kissed him.” The boy said she “put her tongue in his mouth four or five times” over the span of 30 seconds, according to the affidavit.

On Nov. 3, Hancock subbed in a Biology class, gave the teen her vape pen to “hit” and kissed the boy “five or ten times,” again putting her tongue in the boy’s mouth, authorities alleged.

The substitute allegedly “rubbed the teen’s crotch area for ten seconds, rubbing on his penis,” and the teen grabbed her left buttocks, documents said.

The male student allegedly told another teen boy in early November that Hancock had expressed wanting to “make out.” The second boy, a witness, allegedly asked Hancock after Family and Consumer Sciences Class if that was true.

Hancock allegedly admitted it was true and “went on to tell” the student “it would not amount to anything because they were not going to get caught,” the affidavit said.

In addition, Hancock allegedly showed this witness a penis drawn on her foot in a Nov. 1 hallway video.

Hancock allegedly asked the teen “do you like my penis?”

“No, I don’t see that, don’t do that,” the teen allegedly replied.

The former substitute teacher also faces allegations that she showed two other students — ages 15 and 13 — videos of herself from a Halloween party kissing a female and putting her mouth “on a fake penis.”

After showing the students the video, Hancock told them that the penis was not real, documents alleged.

A search warrant unearthed the videos in question, authorities say.

The substitute teacher reportedly did lose her job and was banned from the Wellston Public Schools campus after the allegations began swirling in November. OSBI took the lead on the investigation because Hancock is the wife of Wellston Police Chief Alfred Hancock. She is also the daughter of Wellston Mayor Paul E. Whitnah, News 9 reported, citing the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Hancock faces four criminal counts — two counts of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology and two counts of lewd or indecent acts against a child under 16. Three of the charges specify the 15-year-old boy as the victim; one of the soliciting sexual conduct or communication charges stems from the “fake penis” videos allegedly shown to the other 15- and 13-year-old students. The charges, which are all felonies, would require Hancock to register as a sex offender if she is convicted.

“A person is guilty of violating the provisions of this section if the person knowingly transmits any prohibited communication by use of any technology defined herein,” the solicitation statute says. “Any violation of the provisions of this section shall be a felony, punishable by a fine in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a term of not more than ten (10) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.”

The felony lewd or indecent acts charges are even more serious, as they are punishable by at least 3 years and up to 20 years in prison.

After a bench warrant for the suspect’s arrest was issued on April 12, Hancock pleaded not guilty alongside her defense attorney Bill Coyle and was released on a $50,000 bond, the court docket says.

She is expected in court next at 1:30 p.m. on June 22.

Former Softball Coach Faces Years in Prison, Begged 17-year-old Student to Keep Sexual Battery Private: Prosecutor

A former Ohio softball coach indicted on numerous felony charges pleaded guilty this week at the Butler County Common Pleas Court.

According to Journal-News, 31-year-old Ashley Rison (pictured) pleaded guilty Wednesday to sexual battery and gross sexual imposition. Charges of tampering with evidence and giving alcohol to an underage person have been dropped.

Rison, a former softball and basketball coach at New Miami school in Hamilton, is accused of having sex at least eight times with a 17-year-old student, in the back of her vehicle. The sexual battery happened in April 2021.

On May 3, 2021, the Butler County Sheriff’s Office learned about the incident, and on the same day, Rison reportedly quit her job. She was arrested and given a GPS ankle monitor after posting bail.

Fox 19 Now reports that investigators found footage of Rison having sex with the student. They also found evidence that the defendant begged the victim to keep quiet.

“In addition to what the child tells us, we do have recordings between Ms. Rison and the child of where Ms. Rison makes multiple incriminating statements in asking, begging the child not to report her to the authorities,” Assistant Prosecutor Lindsay Sheehan previously said.

Rison is scheduled to return to court for sentencing on November 16. She faces up to eight years behind bars.

Butler County Prosecutor Mike Gmoser told the court that 17-year-old was the only victim, adding that the case and sentencing will be taken as seriously as possible.

“Every prosecutor that I have ever known, and in every state I have ever dealt with, takes cases involving teachers and students very seriously with respect to sexual conduct and contact. We are dealing with impressionable young minds, and along comes an adult who takes advantage of them. We take all felonies seriously but I think we add a little extra seriousness to these positions-of-trust type offenses.

Prosecutors can hold these people accountable to let them know we take this seriously.”

Laura Whitehurst, the Redlands schoolteacher who infamously gave birth to a child fathered by a student she sexually abused, has been named in a new lawsuit filed by a former student who alleges she groomed him for abuse and engaged in multiple sex acts with him on campus.

The plaintiff, now 31, is believed to be the first alleged victim of Whitehurst, who garnered national headlines when she was sentenced to a year in jail after delivering her baby. She was released after six months in custody and now goes by the married name Selders.

The lawsuit, filed in October 2022 in San Bernardino Superior Court but not confirmed by the court until Feb. 21 because of a case backlog, names Whitehurst as well as the Redlands Unified School School as defendants.

District failed to act

The lawsuit alleges sexual battery, sexual harassment and negligence, and that school district staff and administrators were aware of Whitehurst’s conduct and swept it under the rug, allowing her to repeat a pattern of predatory behavior against students for more than five years.

“Within Redlands East Valley High School and the Redlands Unified School District, Whitehurst was known to broach subjects with students that were sexual and inappropriate,” according to the lawsuit. “Redlands East Valley High School and other schools within the Redlands Unified School District operated as nothing more than a grooming opportunity for her sexual desires with young boys, like Plaintiff and other individuals.”

The district had the ability to stop Whitehurst’s sexual assault on the plaintiff, but negligently and/or willfully failed to do so, thereby allowing the abuse to occur, according to the lawsuit.

That failure, according to the suit, was intentional, designed “to conceal wrongful acts, to avoid and inhibit detection, to block public disclosure, to avoid scandal, to avoid the disclosure of their tolerance of child sexual harassment and abuse, to preserve a false appearance of propriety, and to avoid investigation and action by public authority including law enforcement.”

REV allegations

The plaintiff, identified in the lawsuit as “John RGJ Doe,” claims that in 2007, as a freshman at Redlands East Valley High, he was preyed upon by Whitehurst while she was a teacher there. It was her first teaching job at the district, and the lawsuit claims Whitehurst “demanded he respect her.”

Whitehurst engaged in sexual talk and innuendo with the plaintiff, provided him with her personal phone number and engaged in sex acts with him that included intercourse, oral sex and fondling, both in her classroom and a teacher prep room. She instructed him not to tell anyone, according to the lawsuit.

It was a pattern of conduct Whitehurst had engaged in with at least two other students from two other high schools that included sex acts in her classroom, during passing periods, lunch time, and before and after school — with the doors closed and locked and the blinds closed, according to the lawsuit.

Statute of limitations

The plaintiff initially talked to police in 2013, when a criminal investigation into Whitehurst was launched involving the Citrus Valley High School student whose child she bore. But the plaintiff was reluctant to talk to police at the time about what had happened to him, said his attorney, Morgan Stewart.

And while he also contemplated suing Whitehurst and the district over the years, the statute of limitations on filing such lawsuits prevented him from doing so. That was until Jan. 1, 2020, when a new law, Assembly Bill 218, took effect. The law eliminated the statute of limitations for any claims of sexual abuse of a minor for three years, from Jan. 1, 2020, to Dec. 31, 2022.

“The statute opening up for the three-year period gave him the right,” Stewart said. “He was open to it as he got older.”

Cover-up

A yearlong investigation by the Southern California News Group revealed that, for nearly two decades, the district covered up allegations of sexual abuse involving students, allowed teachers to continue preying on students, and ordered teachers and other staff not to cooperate with police during criminal investigations.

In most cases, school district administrators were aware of what was going on and failed as mandated reporters to take appropriate action. Mandated reporters are professionals who have regular contact with children — from clergy members to medical professionals to educators — and are required by law to report suspected sexual abuse.

Trail of allegations

Whitehurst went on to teach at Redlands High School, Orangewood High School and Citrus Valley High School during her brief career as a teacher. Allegations of sexual relations with students trailed her from school to school, the Southern California News Group investigation revealed.

In 2013, police arrested Whitehurst, then an English teacher and soccer coach at Citrus Valley High, after the mother of a student complained to police and the district that her son, a senior at the school, had fathered a child with Whitehurst.

Whitehurst subsequently pleaded guilty to six felony counts — four counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and two counts of oral copulation of a person under the age of 18.

In 2014, Stewart’s firm sued the district and Whitehurst on behalf of the victim, settling with the district for $6 million. Stewart’s firm has since gone on to secure more than $41 million in legal settlements from the district in various sex abuse cases.

Stewart calls Redlands Unified the “national poster child” for sexual abuse involving students.

“The district has spent millions on civil lawsuit settlements, and two (former) students have committed suicide. There are at least 50 victims of sexual abuse within RUSD,” Stewart said, adding that Whitehurst was among the worst of the perpetrators.

Despite reforms implemented at the district in 2018 under then-Superintendent Mauricio Arellano, Redlands Unified, as of 2021, was still struggling with its legal duty to weed out predators within its ranks.

A grand jury investigation in 2021 resulted in a laundry list of findings, among them that the district had been inconsistent in its implementation of mandated reporter training, identifying grooming behaviors, and boundary violations. It found that district administrators needed a “clearer understanding of how and to whom to report.”

Redlands Unified spokesperson Christine Stephens was out of the office Thursday and unavailable for comment.

Last month, Redlands Unified announced Arrelano was leaving the district to take a job as superintendent of the San Bernardino City Unified School District.

New Fairfield school dismissed accusations lunch lady was grooming victim

Andie Rosafort New Fairfield middle school lunch lady was warned not to approach freshmen as it is now revealed school officials dismissed allegations that she was approaching students and ultimately grooming one male victim.

The plot thickens. A report has revealed a Connecticut school dismissing accusations of a lunch lady working at a middle school of grooming a minor student before going on to sext the child and ultimately having an illicit physical tryst with a 14 year old boy.

Andie Paige Rosafort, 31, who worked at New Fairfield Middle school in the weeks before a January 13th sexual rendezvous with the victim, met with district officials about ‘concerns regarding social media and maintaining appropriate boundaries and communication with students,’ according to a Dec. 1, 2022 email between the middle school principal and Rosafort.

At the time, the part time school worker was posting makeup videos as part of her business selling skin care products, according to the email and court documents obtained by FOX News through an open records request.

Her accounts appear to have since been deleted.

‘Thank you for taking the time to meet with me today about the concerns regarding social media and maintaining appropriate boundaries and communication with students,’ New Fairfield Middle School Principal Karen Gruetzner said in her email to Rosafort.

Insinuating content was given free pass

‘As we discussed, there was a report that insinuated some images were seen and/or shared with high school students from your social media account.’

The school investigated the accusations but ‘determined that the content was not inappropriate,’ according to the email, with Gruetzner nevertheless warning Rosafort that ‘caution should be exercised’ when communicating with students via social media, texting and messaging.

Rosafort told officials during the meeting that she didn’t text students directly, which was documented in the email.

That contradicts the probable cause affidavit from New Fairfield police that alleges Andie Rosafort having begun communicating with an eighth grader while she was working in the district middle school lunchroom.

The alleged communications were not inappropriate in the beginning and continued through summer 2022, according to the affidavit.

Things allegedly escalated in September 2022, after the teenage student started high school.

She allegedly messaged him, ‘You wanna see something?’ and then sent the boy an explicit image, with the cafeteria lady routinely asked the un-named teen to send her sexual videos in return for the images, the affidavit stated.

Lunch lady ultimately placed on leave after it was too late

That allegedly continued for months until Jan. 13, when the victim unexpectedly left a friend’s party and was allegedly sexually assaulted by Rosafort in an SUV, according to the affidavit.

Rosafort’s lawyer, Jennifer DeCastro Tunnard, declined comment as she awaits discovery materials, along with the victim’s family’s lawyer, Gene Zingaro, declining media overture for comment.

Documents obtained in Fox News public records request include letters sent from Superintendent Kenneth Craw to the Board of Education as the investigation unfolded, as well as Craw’s Jan. 17 letter to Rosafort placing her on leave and her Jan. 18 resignation email.

The school district said it’s not commenting at this time outside the documents provided.

School Dismissed Lunch Aid’s Sexual Misconduct Accusations Before Her Arrest for Allegedly Assaulting 14-year-old: Report

Concerns about a part-time Connecticut school lunch aid’s alleged sexual misconduct were reportedly dismissed by the New Fairfield Middle School principal prior to police arresting her for sexually assaulting a student.

According to Fox News Digital, concerns arose about Andie Rosafort, 31, on December 1, after a complaint about possible sexual misconduct. Court documents indicate that an email exchange between the New Fairfield Middle School principal, Karen Gruetzner, and Rosafort occurred that day after someone made concerns about Rosafort on social media.

“Thank you for taking the time to meet with me today about the concerns regarding social media and maintaining appropriate boundaries and communication with students,” Gruetzner said in the email to Rosafort.

“As we discussed, there was a report that insinuated some images were seen and/or shared with high school students from your social media account.”

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Rosafort is now accused of sexually assaulting a student after sending nude videos and photos of herself to him via Snapchat and Instagram. The victim said he never had Rosafort’s phone number and all communication occurred over social media platforms.

The school initially “determined that the content was not inappropriate,” according to the email exchange, with Gruetzner reportedly warning Rosafort that “caution should be exercised” when exchanging messages with students.

Rosafort allegedly told the principal that she never directly sends text messages to students.

The probable cause affidavit indicated that Rosafort started communicating with the eighth-grade victim in the school lunchroom. The conversations were initially appropriate but continued throughout the summer of 2022 and over time, turned sexual in nature when the victim started high school.

An investigation began on January 17 after New Fairfield police received a call from Fairfield High School school administrators who reported a “possible inappropriate behavior between an employee and a teenage student.”

On January 13, another child reportedly told a parent that a friend (the victim) left a gathering, then returned acting strangely. The child then said they later learned that the friend had left to meet with an adult for sexual reasons, although the victim initially said he was meeting up with his family, according to News 8.

When investigators interviewed the 14-year-old victim, he said he had been chatting with Rosafort for numerous months. The arrest affidavit indicated that Rosafort was said to have talked with numerous “freshman boys” on social media.

The victim told investigators that Rosafort asked him if he “wanted to see something” before sending him a naked photo of herself. The boy said he sent a message back, asking Rosafort if she sent the photo to him by mistake but Rosafort then sent another photo and allegedly asked the boy to send a nude photo of himself.

Afterward, Rosafort allegedly continued to send photos and videos of herself, including a video of her masturbating. The victim reportedly said that Rosafort would also attend his sporting events and take photos and videos of him while he played.

Investigators used phone locations to determine that the defendant and victim were in the same vicinity and at the same time that he said sex occurred with her. Police also found a photo of the child shirtless in Rosafort’s phone.

Rosafort was subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree sexual assault, the use of a computer to entice a minor, impairing the morals of a minor, and risk of injury or injury. She has pleaded not guilty.

Judge Robin Pavia issued a protective order that prohibits Rosafart from contacting the victim and using social media. She’s also required to stay at least 100 feet yards away from him.

Rosafort’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 12. She’s facing charges that include second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor, and enticing a minor by computer.

Elementary School ‘Teacher of the Year’ Sexually Assaults Child ‘Under the Age 14’: Police

A California woman voted one of the five best teachers of the year in San Diego County last year has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child.

According to the San Diego Sherriff’s Department, police arrested Jacqueline Ma on Tuesday and charged her with sexual misconduct with a child under 14, lewd and lascivious acts, and oral copulation.

Ma, an elementary school teacher at Lincoln Acres Elementary in the National City School District, is accused of sexually assaulting a child that no longer attends the school; it’s unclear when the alleged attacks occurred.

In a statement to NBC 7, District Superintendent Leighangela Brady stated that Ma was arrested at around 8 a.m. on campus, but not in the vicinity of the students.

“We know that our entire school community is as stunned as we were by this news. The district will cooperate with law enforcement and cannot comment any further on the pending investigation. We will continue to do everything possible to keep our students’ safety, needs, and education first and foremost,” Brady’s statement read, in part.

Meanwhile, some parents who learned the news remember Ma as a child-like “kind” teacher.

“She was very down to earth. She kind of seemed like a kid herself,” parent Katy Carranza told the outlet.

The district also released a statement to ABC 10, indicating that it plans to cooperate fully with law enforcement.

“We know that our entire school community is as stunned as we were by this news. The district will cooperate with law enforcement and cannot comment any further on the pending investigation,”

Ma was booked at the Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility. Her next court date is scheduled for March 9.

NYC teacher accused of sexual relationship with mentally ill student

A teacher is under investigation in The Bronx and Staten Island amid accusations she had a long sexual relationship with a mentally ill 16-year-old student at a school for children with special needs.

Sandy Carazas-Pinez, 33, a former NYC biology teacher who is married with three children, had sex with the teen in her car at least a dozen times, and sent him nude and erotic poses among scores of inappropriate texts, according to allegations by the boy’s mom and documents obtained by The Post.

Police and district attorney investigators compiled reams of texts sent at all hours between the teacher and the teen, who attended the Biondi School in Yonkers at the city Department of Education’s expense. It is run by the nonprofit Rising Ground, which terminated the teacher this month.

“I know for me it isn’t going to be easy, I will miss your kisses, hugs and everything,” Casarez-Pinez allegedly wrote this year in a discussion of whether she and the boy should “end it,” according to texts under review by law enforcement agencies.

In January, she allegedly angrily responded to messages from the teen pleading for a response, telling him: “Throughout the whole vacation you have shut me out and the only time you would hit me up was when you wanted to . . . tell me that you are crushing on other teachers . . . I am not a piece of ass with no feelings.”

Reached by phone Friday, Casarez-Pinez denied having sex with the student: “I didn’t even know there were these allegations,” she said, adding that investigators have not contacted her. “He would tell me he loved me and I would just reciprocate.”

She said he got in her car once because “he asked me for a ride and it was snowing that day.”

Asked about the nude photos texted to the boy, she said, “He had the passcode to my phone.”

On an earlier call, Casarez-Pinez’s husband angrily confronted her after asking a reporter about the allegations: “You told me you quit, Sandy,” he said. “You’re done, Sandy, if this is true. . . . You’re f–king done, pack your stuff and leave.”

Her husband called The Post reporter Saturday to say he’d kicked her out and she was staying with her parents on Staten Island.

In other texts under scrutiny by investigators, the teacher apparently wrote: “I do miss your touch and kisses not going to lie. . . . I sound like a pervert.”

The mother said her son told investigators the two “fondled” each other sexually in class.
Casarez-Pinez also asked the student to lie to cover her tracks, the texts indicate.

Other evidence includes a recorded phone conversation, obtained by The Post, in which the boy asked Casarez-Pinez why she was “pulled out” of the school: “Did they see us having sex, or did they see me getting in the car? They didn’t see us having sex, so what’s the issue? . . . We hid from the cameras, though, right?”

he replied, “They’re saying we were too close … that it was pretty much like us being in a relationship. And that’s, like, against everything. One, because you’re underage, and two, because I’m your teacher.”

The teen suffers from a combination of schizophrenia and mood disorder, his mother said.

“We are upset, shocked, and appalled by the behavior of a former teacher who betrayed the values of the school by engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student,” Rising Ground said in a statement.

The boy’s mother — whose name The Post is withholding to protect her son’s privacy — is livid that authorities have not arrested the teacher more than two weeks after the teen gave a lengthy interview March 7 to NYPD special-victim detectives in Staten Island, where the family lives.

“If my son was not an African-American boy, and the genders were reversed, you know the teacher would already be in handcuffs,” she said.

She quoted one officer as crassly joking, “Where were those teachers when I was in high school?”

“It’s the rape of a child with a mental illness,” she said. “As a society, we have to prioritize the safety of children who are mentally ill and boys who are sexually assaulted.”

Before joining the Biondi School, Casarez-Pinez taught at PS/MS 007 in Harlem, and PS/IS 218 in The Bronx. DOE officials had no comment.

‘I sound like a pervert’: Married Special Ed Teacher Under Investigation for Alleged Sexual Relationship with Vulnerable Teen

New York authorities are investigating a former special education teacher for allegedly maintaining a sexual relationship with a vulnerable teenage student, the New York Post reports.

The ex-teacher, 33-year-old Sandy Carazas-Pinez, has thus far denied the allegations and has not been criminally charged.

But law enforcement and prosecutors are actively looking into the sexual misconduct claims against Carazas-Pinez, whose employment at the Biondi School in Yonkers was terminated earlier this month, according to the newspaper.

Carazas-Pinez had sex with the 16-year-old male student at least dozens of times in her vehicle and sent him numerous illicit text messages, according to the Post, citing statements from the teen’s mother and documents related to the matter.

“I do miss your touch and kisses not going to lie,” Carazas-Pinez allegedly texted the boy, according to the Post. “I sound like a pervert.”

In subsequent messages, the teacher discussed whether they should end things, allegedly writing “I know for me it isn’t going to be easy, I will miss your kisses, hugs and everything,” according to the Post.

Carazas-Pinez is married and the mother of three children. In a telephone conversation with a Post reporter, she refuted the allegations and said she had not known about them before the newspaper’s inquiry.

“I didn’t even know there were these allegations,” Carazas-Pinez allegedly told the Post. “He would tell me he loved me and I would just reciprocate.”

She said the teen had been in her car once because she gave him a ride while it was snowing. As to allegedly nude images she texted him, she said the teen “had the passcode to my phone,” according to the Post.

The teen’s mother has reportedly told police that her son and Carazas-Pinez “fondled” each other at school and that the teacher asked the teen to make false statements to prevent disclosure of their relationship.

The mother said her son has schizophrenia and a mood disorder. She told the newspaper she is angry that police have not arrested Carazas-Pinez after the teen sat down for an interview with investigators on March 7.

One police officer allegedly made light of the situation. The Post reports that the officer joked “Where were those teachers when I was in high school?”

Spokespersons for the Long Island District Attorney’s Office and the Bronx District Attorney’s Office told DailyMail they are investigating the allegations.

Before Casarez-Pinez taught at the Biondi School, she was a teacher at PS/MS 007 in Harlem and PS/IS 218 in the Bronx. Her husband told the Post on Saturday that he kicked his wife out of their home and she is now living with her parents.

Kentucky Teacher’s Aide Charged With Raping 16-Year-Old Boys

A Kentucky teacher’s aide was arrested this week and charged with third-degree rape for allegedly having sex with two 16-year-old boys.

A criminal complaint filed in the case says that Ellen Shell, 38, had “sexual intercourse on three occasions” with the two boys between July 6 and August 15, 2022, according to WLEX.

She was arraigned Thursday in Garrard County District Court.

WLEX said that Shell was working for Woodlawn Elementary School in Boyle County at the time of her arrest and had previously worked at Lancaster Elementary School in Garrard County.

Boyle County Schools Superintendent Mike Lafavers sent a letter on Wednesday saying the district had been informed about a matter alleging “unlawful behavior” of a Woodlawn employee. Lafavers did not name the employee, but said they were placed on administrative leave.

Former Bryant teacher charged with sexual assault

A teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student has surrendered herself to the Bryant Police Department.

Bryant Police officials posted a news release to their Facebook page Friday announcing that Heather Hare, a former teacher at Bryant School District, has surrendered herself to the Saline County Detention Center.

After an investigation, Bryant detectives were able to secure a warrant for the 32-year-old former teacher on felony charges of sexual assault in the first degree, according to police.

Hare was booked Friday morning and her bond is set at $15,000.

At a Bryant School Board meeting on April 3, Hare resigned from her post retroactively to April 1.

The Bryant School District released a statement in response to allegations of “teacher misconduct” on April 5.

“Bryant Public Schools has been made aware of an allegation of inappropriate conduct by a Bryant High School teacher. The teacher is no longer employed by the Bryant School District.

BPS takes all reports of employee misconduct very seriously. On Thursday, March 30, district administration learned of the allegations involving the teacher,” the district’s statement read

Fairfax County teacher arrested for inappropriate sexual relationship with student

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - A Fairfax County teacher has been arrested on four counts of indecent liberties with a student, according to police.

Fairfax County Police say Allieh Kheradmand, 33, of Reston had unlawful contact with a student over the past several months.

James Madison High School administration notified law enforcement on Wednesday after a student disclosed an inappropriate sexual relationship.

Kheradmand was arrested on Thursday and charged with four counts of indecent liberties by a custodian. Kheradmand is currently being held without bond. Kheradmand has been a learning disabilities teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools since 2016.

Former Dowling Catholic teacher accused having sexual relationship makes first court appearance

POLK COUNTY, Iowa — The Dowling Catholic High School teacher charged in connection to an alleged sexual relationship with a student was released from the Polk County Jail Saturday following an initial court appearance.

Kristen Gantt, 36, appeared in court in jail handcuffed in a green-and-white-striped jump suit. She was released on her own recognizance. She was order to have no contact with the student she is accused of having a relationship with.

She turned herself in to West Des Moines Police Friday. She faces a felony charge of sexual exploitation by school employee and an aggravated misdemeanor charge of sexual assault. She taught English at the school.

The West Des Moines Police Department said they began investigating the following day, after receiving information about the possible relationship between Gantt and a 17-year-old male student. Their investigation revealed an inappropriate relationship had taken place on school property between Gantt and the student during February and March.

A criminal complaint filed in the case stated Gantt admitted to investigators that a physical relationship did occur between herself and the victim. The alleged physical contact happened in Gantt’s classroom after school hours on at least five separate occasions between February and March.

Dowling Catholic’s President Dr. Dan Ryan sent a letter to parents about the incident, stating that once they received information about the alleged relationship via an anonymous email – Gantt was placed on administrative leave. The school began an internal review and also said it reached out to the WDMPD to investigate. Dr. Ryan said Gantt will not return to Dowling.
