How about Rumble's KO head kick? He must have channeled Cung Le for that one.
I liked what I saw out of Junie. I think he was haming it up for the cameras in the house and probably didnt train hard. Looks like his head is on straight now and is serious.
Cant wait for the Ultimate 2008 later this month.

Wrestling definitely has it's benefits and may be the best base for MMA. With teams like Team Takedown showing up that pay former elite college wrestlers 100k+ year to fight MMA, it is becoming a no brainer to jump into it.
Soze makes good points about all three he mentions, but I would go with Olympic wrestlers instead of NCAA. There are a few guys who have won Olympic gold in wrestling who went on to compete in MMA. Rulon Gardner is the only American I can think of to win gold, but Lindland and Dan Henderson both competed in the Olympics. Mark Kerr was another beast. I don't know what his wrestling record looked like, but he was unstoppable in MMA for a few years.
if you want to use the olympics as an example then kenny monday would be the best to compete in mma. he won a gold and a silver and easily was one of the 2 or 3 best wrestlers of the nineties. kevin jackson and mark schultz also have gold metals and competed in the ufc
