How in the fuck can Apple claim that the iPhone 4 bumpers are going to cost the company $174 million dollars??!?!

$174 million to give away free bumpers? Even if they sold 10 million iPhone 4s and if the bumpers cost $1 each (which would be ridiculously high because we all know they cost about 30 cents each) also taking into account the possible costs of shipping and dealing with all of this, I come up with *maybe* $20-30 million or so and that's being extremely generous. I just don't see how they come up with $174 million. What am I missing?

They can probably get the packaging down to a minimum. What could it weigh 2 oz? A flimsy box costs about 8 cents and shipping could probably be less than 2 bucks. right? They must get bulk mailing rates too.
