Turns out itunes doubled up all my music files, so when I had media monkey scan my drive for music, I had dupes of everything. It is taking Duplicate Cleaner some time to delete 30,000 files.

I did a quick search and found it for free. There are a few programs in the Park Bench but I didn't want something too big (no homo) since it was a one off deal.

I did a test run on a small directory (2700 dupes) and it did a good job. Very simple interface. Down and dirty type stuff. But there was no way in hell I was going to do this by hand.
